I'm actually saddened by the lack of customer service nowadays, but im positive I will never shop here again! I have to make sure customers are warned & Walgreens is aware of management disrespecting customers. Yesterday afternoon, Bella was behind the register with a cashier eating & when I asked where to find something, she popped food in her mouth & then answered me. Later, the items labeled OTC were not being accepted & she didn't know why or which ones, but made it seem like we were ignorant or trying to pull a fast one. She said we would have to go through the store so she could see each label & was going to make a gentleman wait. I had to mention they could cancel it & ring us up again so he wouldn't have to wait. She didn't apologize that items labeled otc were inaccurate & had a (too bad) attitude. We took out some items, but she still didn't know what wasn't being approved. I noticed the screen says Otc on the approved items, so we went through all that & she really didn't know?? Then she kept saying it was declined but I noticed when it said processing she kept pressing a button & it would cancel but never say declined.i asked her not to press anything really thinking she was purposely canceling it. We had to leave empty-handed after all that. $75 worth & 30 minutes wasted is ridiculous! Then, the next Walgreens had no issues & my mom asked, "Don't you have to press something &" The lady said, "No, you just have to finalize on your side." Was bella actually canceling the transaction? We had no issues at the other Walgreens & the card didn't decline. Walgreens is overpriced but used to be convenient & welcoming. I'm angry because I was with my mother & I had to watch someone disrespect her!

Great customer service . The Store Manager Rene Castro was very helpful from the beginning to the end . I was greeted as I arrived and that is always a plus . The store was very clean and organized . He saved me so much time walking me to the items I needed because I was was pressed for time . It’s great to see when the manager takes pride in their customer service and spends time on the sales floor with their customers and team members . It’s very rare to see managers do so at other stores .

There's a tech or some lady who answers the phone that always gets defensive and has the worst manners and customer service skills I've encountered in awhile. She always sounds upset and sarcastic when I'm usually just calling to verify my controlled med every month in order for it to be filled. I finally transferred to a different pharmacy.

Why review Walgreens. Like all big conglomerates - nothing we say changes them / their role / power. We're still the small guys.

I was told my generic medication was in stock, but not entered into the system. I was asked to come back a few hours later. I wasn’t able to return until 2 days later at which point I was told that they didn’t have the generic and my doctor called in the name brand. I confirmed with my doctor that they, in fact, called in the generic. Now they say my medication is NOT in stock and that it’s on back order. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Horrendously rude drive through pharmacist. Very unhelpful and seemed genuinely angry we came through. Already setting up a different location to pick up from.

I love the Nigerian woman pharmacist and the male pharmacist because they never mess up my insurance. For some reason the purple haired lady always messes up my insurance member ID whenever she inputs it? I couldn’t get my Breztri rescue inhaler and that’s scary for me so I reported this pharmacy to my health insurance called United Healthcare and they called this pharmacy for me to verify the purple hair lady’s mistake since health insurance companies can verify what’s the problem, it turns out the purple hair lady typed an extra 1 again within my member ID AGAIN to get my prescription rejected ? I have been getting my inhaler here for over the year so I was panicking while have an asthma attack. I will avoid that purple hair white lady tech again because she is very bad at her job and I use to practice pharmacy tech as a highschooler and I would have never made that error more than once like she did. May God bless you for harming me by no doing your job right.

Been shopping and refilling prescriptions here for years. Have never had a bad experience. All the Pharmacy staff go the extra mile. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The democrat with the red hair at the pharmacy completely screwed up my wife’s profile, and then looked at us stupid like she’s never seen us before when we returned an hour later. The other gentleman and lady were great, but this homeless looking lady with the red hair needs to go. No professionalism and no ability to properly do her job.

I just picked up my prescription and the pharmacist named Doris was asking me if I wanted to pay for a prescription because it came out to be 107. I asked her to clarify and she couldn’t figure out what she’s doing and left the window. When she came back she was mumbling something and I could barely make out what it was and she told me to hold on. After she asked me to verify my address I had asked her is it for the 2 prescriptions. I asked her how much was the total and she gave me a nasty attitude like she didn’t want to help us and gave us a reply saying I already told u it’s 14 dollars. If you don’t want to work then don’t come to work. She needs to go back to training and work on her professionalism. It’s called communication and making sure the patient is aware of the situation and what’s going on especially when you could have possibly given me the wrong info. Which I believe she did. She didn’t clarify that mix up either nor cared to.
