Called to check if they had FedEx in store. Gentleman explained it's a drop off location. I went 15 min.later with a box. Entered store and gentleman behind counter with cashier asked if I had called. I said yes and he escorted me to photo counter. I'm 60,disabled,and technology challenged. He helped me find my email and found mailing labke. He scanned and printed it,put it on box and was done. He was kind and friendly and was patient. He might have been the manager.

They often don't call or notify when prescriptions are ready, and this really interferes with being able to get meds when I need them.

Came for a Covid test I had the worst experience ever the person running. The drive-through was an absolutely rude and unbearable female she took over 10 minutes to even get our test together. She didn't come back to check on us at all and when we told her it was for two people at the beginning she didn't hear us and I was waiting to see if she was going to require my ID because I forgot my wallet at home so when we saw that she wasn't going to require the ID we went ahead and reminded her that it was for two people and at that point, she decides to cop an attitude and Have an extended sooooooo before she said we should've told her at the beginning and then we informed her that we did but she didn't hear us. She said no we didn't and proceeded to keep on arguing with us. We decided to just go ahead and leave and not do our Covid test at that current moment because we knew that she was going to continue to be a rude bitch and nothing was going to get done, so yeah, please tell your people in drive-through to watch their attitude watch their manners And to not be arguing with customers when they're in the wrong she was in the wrong she needed to do her job and she didn't wanna have to do her job. That's why she was catching an attitude.

There was a woman trying to get a passport picture and was in a hurry. She had a heavy accent and kept asking for help. Her accent made her sound a bit rough and so the cashier snapped at her. The woman indignantly came back around to the picture area, where she was handled professionally and politely by an outstanding employee; Cassandra. She was quick, polite and efficient. Great job girl!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. However, I really want to write this review to give a shout-out to Marlene (one of the employees). She is an absolute joy to interact with! She is kind, funny (seriously so funny) and has a laugh that could fill the room.If I am having a bad day, in just the short interaction with her (while I’m at the cash register paying for whatever I had to buy) completely transforms the bad day into a way better one!I hope everyone gets to interact with her. She is an absolute gem of a person, and the world needs more like her!So, thank you Marlene for always putting a smile on my face!!

Ordered 129 prints from this location online. All 129 pictures were horrible. They were either zoomed in too close causing heads to be cut off or were too dark. They obviously don't know how to print pictures here. Won't ever order here or from any other walgreens again.

Pharmacy system is down for 9 days and can't give me my meds. I have surgery tomorrow. Why would they agree to full a prescription if they can't give me the product? To make it worse, Communication between them is not good, they could have let us know about their system problems earlier. Customer service at the pharmacy: They speak English but it's very difficult to understand their accent.
