clueless , if you own Walgreens stock I strongly encourage you to sell before Walgreens goes bankrupt , Walgreens is incapable of innovation , and just can't compete in a very competitive Pharmacy landscape

I have been to this Walgreens a few times to fill prescriptions. Every time I need a refill or need a vaccine, the pharmacy staff have been extremely kind, courteous, and professional.

Wow,Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even asked to speak to a manager which the person said I am the manager and proceeded to belittle me and continued to deliver sub par service. The representative repeatedly said to "be quiet and listen" as well as "since you know everything "One thing I do know is when go spot a computer error, how to talk to customers, and how to troubleshoot a proccess. None of which was shown to me. Absolutely trash service do not reccomend.

I called this location in advance to make sure they had a product in stock, the associate said she checked, and that they had two of them. So I asked them to hold them behind the counter for me and I would come by them both. I was at the store within 20 minutes and they said they only had one. So obviously, they didn't care and just made up a number to get me in the store, so I went to buy the one and they wanted $40 more than another Walgreens that is just 3 miles away, I even showed them my receipt from the same day proving the price I paid for the same item at the other Walgreens the associates at this store did not care at all and all they could say was "I only work here "and would not honor the correct price which I had proof of. I asked for the manager and they conveniently said there was no manager there which I find hard to believe because Walgreens would not an open store in a big city without a manager to watch over the employees. Apparently, this is why Walgreens is slowly going out of business, and I will never go to any Walgreens anywhere ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service here is horrendous. You never know if they will be open or not. Every time I go to pick up a prescription i have to come back at least once before they actually have it. Today, I came to pick up nausea meds. A man with glasses and dark hair came to the window already seeming annoyed and told me I can't come pick up until tomorrow as if I was already supposed to know that. When I asked why he just continued to have an attitude roll his eyes and repeat that they have the prescription they just can't give it to me. I will not be using this pharmacy again, and if possible anyone currently using it should switch to HEB.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy staff. Especially with David , he was very professional and helpful with everything we needed . I know there is staffing issues , hopefully you hire more people like David . Because of him will be making this pharmacy our primary!

Like all other pharmacies this Walgreens location has had staffing challenges, especially during/after the public health emergency. It closes randomly, sometimes without notice, and sometimes the fill process is affected by a lack of processing prescriptions or applying your insurance. I will say Robert, the new pharmacist is FANTASTIC! He hasn't been a pharmacist very long, but he is professional, courteous, prudent, and most of all personable. He remembers customer's names and overall makes you feel safe about the medications you're taking. While there is usually a wait due to the number of staff available on the shift, I do not mind waiting for great service. Please take it easy on them. His customer service is definitely bleeding over to the staff who work with him and I love the that. Are the wait times ideal? Not always, but quality over quantity.

We have switched our business to CVS after nearly 15 years. The pharmacy is closed multiple days a month. It appears they have a staffing problem as a recent trip to buy a card and gift card could not be processed without the management getting involved. Very Sad. This used to be a great company.

The Store Manager says they do not know how digital coupons work. Therefore they do not accept digital coupons at this location. I had to go to a different location and they accepted my digital coupons from the Walgreens app.
