This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too!!I go to Walgreens every single week and do a lot of my Household shopping.This was close to my work so I decided to come here for the first time and get some things. First the cashier decided I could not use my coupon because she was new and did not know what to do and then she asked another store lead who was like let me ask the store manager. How does a cashier not know how to scan coupons? The store manager Jose Rodriguez or Joseph Rodriguez decided that I was not allowed to use a store coupon. I called corporate to let them know about what the store manager said, and they told me that this was not true!!! He refused to use a coupon which is against the company policy. Anybody can use a manufacturer coupon. All they had to do a scan the coupon and if the system allowed it it would’ve been fine. But they refused to even scan!!!!! And they were making such a big deal out of it which was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I left my items and went to my usual Walgreens and got all the things that I needed. Needless to say I will never return to this Walgreens ever again!!!I would stay away and go to any other Walgreens if you can! No wonder this store has poor reviews because they can’t even train their employees and the store manager does not even know store policies.Luckily I still love my usual Walgreens and the employees and store manager so I will continue to shop at my regular Walgreens

Apparently they don't take blue cross blue shield insurance at any walgreens which makes no sense what so ever ? very disappointed especially when one needs their medication?

The woman who answered the front phone was so rude to me that I ended up hanging up on her. The call I placed was at 9:04 and I spoke with the pharmacy tech about getting a Pulse Ox through delivery because I have COVID. She was very polite and explained that delivery was handled through the front and transferred me. I've never had delivery done through anyone except Amazon so I wasn't sure what I had to do. That lady appears to absolutely hate her job. She shouldn't be working with the public. Maybe if she gets COVID, she will know how it feels to be sick AND to deal with people as rude as she is!

I don’t understand why Walgreens does nothing about this pharmacy. The incompetence is overwhelming. Is it a question of the business not being in a better part of town? Since it’s not an upper class area of town the attitude from corporate is who cares? My husband keeps saying, “Go to CVS!”Get someone in there to straighten things out before you hurt someone with your mistakes.

I had a serious situation with a medication(wrong dosage) through no fault of the pharmacy. Had that medicine gone thru insurance, I would not have been able to get very vital medicine for me. I do not possess $726 to purchase out of pocket. A Pharmacist named "Lilian" assisted in making sure things were corrected. Her kind consideration and professional manner is appreciated. All employees at this store have always been very courteous and helpful. I love shopping here!!

@Walgreens needs to figure out whether they want to offer immunizations. Made an appointment on their website for the flu shot, arrived 10 min prior...nobody available to administer the shot.

Got a text saying my medicine was READY, literally talked to someone before I left. I get there and they said “we have no medicine ready for you, maybe it was a glitch in the system.” How was it a glitch when I TALKED TO SOMEONE?? Very rude pharmacy but have to use them because if my insurance.
