The manager (female/no name tag) with the mullet haircut comes across as rude and condescending. And most likely realized it when I asked if she was a manager because she quickly apologized and said she wasn’t trying to be rude. So if you’re not trying to be rude, why are you? Was using one dollar bills to pay and she told me that she cannot accept any ones because they have thousands of dollars in ones already.

During the past two weeks of my 15-year tenure as a Walgreens customer, I have encountered profoundly disappointing customer service from pharmacy technicians Candy and CC. Their demeanor has been consistently unhelpful, rude, and devoid of consideration for the customer's needs. I am astonished by their lack of understanding, dearth of de-escalation strategies, and overall failure to address customer concerns. I caution against collecting prescriptions from this location due to the unhelpful and discourteous service provided by these individuals.

Rude and disorganized. Everything is behind lock and key which makes it more difficult to shop at a glance for what you’re looking for. Cashier didn’t know where the hand soap was but was able to quickly assist someone asking where the locks are, if that gives you a better picture. I’ve never seen so much security for Laundry detergent.

The pharmacy can never get my order right. I had told the young lady I didn't want zylet meds she still charges me. I drove off to the front, because my total was $60 it should of been $25. Come around Told I said I didn't want this medicine. They almost didn't want to give me a refund... because I had left. Everything was still sealed up with the staples ..they did void that transaction. Am still waiting for my refund on my card. Of $60. It should be in by Wednesday or Thursday. It better be. I'll go back.

Amazing staff! I think a lot of people do not treat healthcare workers such as pharmacy techs and Pharmacist with respect or human decency. They are trying their best being short staffed and are overworked. We should be lucky they are still there for us to get our medications. Blame Walgreens if it’s slow or they make mistakes not the staff working there.

Horrible customer service by pharmacy tech at drive through window. In addition to the fact that I just found out after a year that they have been billing me the full price for medications instead of billing my insurance correctly.

THIS IS THE WROST KIND OF DISCRIMINATION. When you go thru a major surgery with rods running thru your body you are refused prescribed pain medine as prescribed by the surgeon UNLESS you have health insurance. That half the country.... PATHETIC AND SICKENING.

My curbside experience was such an inconvenience not only are the employee not helpful but when I asked for a refund for the items they didn't have so I can go to the HEB next do to get what I need but they said they couldn't help me to call a number on my email. Really this is always happening at this location I am totally giving up on ordering from them.

I've been a customer of the Pharmacy for years and each year, the customer service becomes less and less. Not only do they seem to have bankers hours now, apparently they also don't fill prescriptions over the weekend! Last week, i talked to someone in the pharmacy and was told my medication was not covered by my insurance. I called back the next day with Good RX coupon code, and the employee told me my new discounted amount due. I agreed to pay that cash price and was told they would call me in 2 days when it was ready in stock. No call from them. I call on the 3rd day and I'm told they have absolutely NO record of taking my info, therefore no medication was ordered. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was connected with the pharmacist, who had the most monotone voice I've ever heard. She never apologized for the mistake, never showed empathy and never offered a suggestion to resolve the issue. I hung up and wrote a complaint to Walgreens and not surprising I have yet to hear from them. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Walgreen's location.

Don't hold your breath to get your pain meds when you need them the most. They will tell you to come back at a certain time to get your med. When you come back at the time they initially instructed you to come back at, they (Christine) will rudely turn you away without even asking you who you are or what you are there for and abrasively tell you they have now CLOSED for lunch. Then to add insult to injury, two or three minutes after turning you away once you are on your way home, you might receive a text message telling you that your meds are now ready for pick up... while they are now supposedly at lunch. ?♂️If this entire experience sounds surreal and beyond belief, now imagine having it immediately after having your jaw drilled and chiseled to have an implant put in. They could care LESS that I have a cheek stuffed with gauze and half my face numb while speaking to them in my slurred speech. Come hell or high water, they will NOT be missing their lunch. A little professionalism and decent bedside manner would go a long way. I think I will go back to using Walmart or the base pharmacy.

The pharmacy is not bad and has a good variety, but the attention of the vaccination staff, especially a lady with glasses, is terrible. She does not show a service attitude and is rude to customers. Not recommended
