I visited the pharmacy at this location on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, around noon. Emily greeted me warmly and quickly uploaded my prescriptions after I explained how urgently I needed them. She assured me she would do her best to fill them immediately. Fortunately, there was no line at the counter, and my prescriptions were ready within 10 minutes. The service was exceptional. Pharmacist Thomas answered all my questions thoroughly, and even though he was busy, I never felt rushed. At the store checkout, Hannah was incredibly sweet.
Today, I called the pharmacy, and the wait time was short. I spoke with Daniella, who was very professional. What a fantastic team they have! Give yourselves a pat on the back!

This store should close. Appointments for vaccines not honored (we don't have it - come back later). I took time to make an appointment, I should receive a text or email saying that they don't have the vaccines. Plus, the perpetual nonsense happening in the parking lot.

I have a different experience than these other reviewers, possibly due to the situation. I had never called a pharmacy to prescribe medication, but the pharmacy techs and pharmacist made it simple. As soon as they took down the information they needed, they started filling the prescription right away, and it was ready as soon as I arrived, no more than 10 minutes later. All the patient, prescriber, and insurance info were taken over the phone, so the in-person transaction was quick and easy. Thank you so much to the pharmacy team. I realize that most reviewers will only be the patient rather than the prescriber, but this was my experience.

I was at this walgreens to pick up foundation and while waiting in line the woman at the register, her name was Yolanda, said the most inappropriate thing to this little girl who was with her father. I think the father was as taken back as much as I was about the comment and remained quiet during the entire interaction. Definitely not cool...

This Walgreens is so far from me but they’ve always had my special medication in stock when my usual Walgreens didn’t. And they went above and beyond to help today when my Walgreens was randomly closed and had made several errors with my prescription/insurance. They fixed it all!

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I called to ask about my Rx that I had been waiting on for two weeks, and kept getting the run around. Then all of a sudden, the tech says, “I can’t hear you”, and hangs up on me. When one second before all was fine.So I drive there and ask about the Rx again. The tech says, “we don’t have it. Just go to our competitor.” She didn’t even look at the computer to check which I was talking about, didn’t go to the back, just rude. I did take their advice, I’m now with CVS.
