Great customer service . The Store Manager John Page was very helpful from the beginning to the end . I was greeted as I arrived and that is always a plus . The store was very clean and organized . He saved me so much time walking me to the items I needed because I was pressed for time . It’s great to see when the manager takes pride in their customer service and spends time on the sales floor with their customers and team members . It’s very rare to see managers do so at other stores . Thank you Mr John Page. You would be a great asset for Auto Zone more than just a store manager .

The employee of this pharmacy is very rude. I gave the medicine order at 8 o'clock last night. He said that it will be available tomorrow. When I come again n the morning I waited for three hours for the medicine, my child was in a lot of trouble. Do not visit here I don’t recommend anyone to this location.

Pharmacy has horrible service. Been waiting on medication that was supposed to to help ready in 30min waited 2days. Called about 10xs in those 2 days all i got was “itll he ready in a couple of hrs”. Prescription was placed on Saturday and today is Monday. Called again this morning and got the same,that it will be ready in a couple of hours. Called the Walgreens on bandera and hillcrest to xfer medication and it was ready in 15min

Terrible PHARMACY. I CAME AT 9:00 TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION PICKUP THE GIRL SAYS THEY WILL BE READY AT 10:30 I GET THERE AT 10:30 THEN THE STAFF GUY SAYS OH I NEED TO GET THEM READY. SMH. IF THAT WAS THE CASE I WOULD HAVE JUST WAITED FOR THE PRESCRIPTION AT 9AM. NOW THERE IS A WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES MORE WHILE IS SO MUCH PAIN

They don't answer calls.....they just keep you going back and forth. They finally come to the phone to ask you to hold and then place you on another hold even if you say no. Horrible customer service and honestly I don't think they care because no matter what you need them and they don't need us the customer because there's another customer right behind you.

Literally in line inside for over 40min picking up prescription the wait is ridiculous only one person on check out i still have 4 ppl ahead of me and 10 behind me

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I was just on the phone today for an hour and they hung up on me. it's hard to get a lot of those people. they suck, I'm moving my mom's prescriptions to heb pharmacy there they answered the damn phone

Showed up to pick up my husbands pain medication & antibiotic that was covered under workers comp. They refused to fill even after we gave them all the workers comp information. The pharmacy tech asked me for all the employers info I even gave him the direct line to hr who deals with workers comp he refused to call. He said it could be a couple of days before the medication will be covered. My husband was injured in the job and his finger was broken he doesn’t have days he needs his meds now. They lack an initiative. People no longer want to work and they have no sense of responsibility. Even after everything is given to you in your hand your still refuse to do your part. I would not recommend Walgreens Period
