I followed the directions on the walgreens site to make an appointment for testing. It said to go inside the pharmacy, where I saw a qr code to check in. I did that and it said wait to be called. I decided to get in line anyways so I can get payment done first. There I was informed that testing is drive thru only. I could be wrong, but I didn't see a sign for that and if I didn't get in line, how long would I have waited to be told?
Then I get in drive thru and check in with them. They took my name and walked off. I waited 20 minutes in the car, watching people in the window, but no one spoke to me so I was confused if mt appointment was still confirmed.
Eventually someone spoke to me and we did the testing. Even though the website said results in 30 minutes, the person said I'll get it in 2 hours through email. It's been an entire day and I heard nothing back. Plus the pharmacy is closed on Sunday so I can't even call them about it until Monday, which is when I'm supposed to go back to work.
Really inefficient pharmacy & I'm disappointed about how they operate.

This is the worst pharmacy I been to it been 2 day that I not heard from them to c if my medication is ready I need my med and they have not text me sorry that I went their this pharmacy is not worse it I should of gone to Walmart or cvs and least they text u and not leave u hanging Goin on 3 day without my med never go back

Very rude ?..Never again young man didn't want to help me working pharmacy..I'm moving all my husband's medications from walgreens to H.E.B. there so much more considerate and kind .Everyone else should switch to H.E.B.with this type of service

Drove up to pick up hubby's meds. No one came to the window. I pressed call button. She came and said she'd be right with me. She was helping someone at the counter. I waited and waited. Finally she comes and I give her info. She gets meds and I see my bag there. Just there ready to go.. She walks away. After awhile, I look to see if I see her. She's adjusting her hair. I say, my meds?!.. she comes and says she's waiting for the pharmacist. Not even a minute later and pharmacist OKs meds. Geeeez..only one person was ahead of me. I waited about 32 minutes. RIDICULOUS
