Scenario: 2 people in line inside the store, 3+ cars in the drive-thru pick up pharmacy lanes.Out of 4 employees, only 1 was working the check out for BOTH inside & outside pick ups. The one employee was doing their best but what pathetic service from the others to prioritize counting & sorting in lieu of dropping their tasks and helping the customers in front of them. Never going back.

I've been having this issue for a very long time now and to be honest, most of it is on me because I should've just switched pharmacies by now.But anyway..So i have like 4 different diagnosed mental illnesses that I've been prescribed 20 milligrams of antidepressants for. I've been on these medications for almost 2 years now, and about every other month I experience horrible withdrawal symptoms (brain zaps, increased depression, suicidal thoughts, crying a lot, moodiness, etc.)Why aren't I taking my meds and experiencing withdrawal symptoms you may ask? I'm not doing it by choice, it's because this pharmacy always fails to give me my medicine on time.At first, I'll admit, I would call to refill my medicine pretty late. I did that to myself. But now? I call a week in advance, and it's still not ready, even a week later. The fact that they changed their hours so they're not open as late anymore AND they're closed on weekends, doesn't help at all. As of today it's been like, 3-4 days without my medicine, and I feel like my brain is being electrocuted every time I walk. And anytime I get slightly stressed I get incredibly suicidal.I just want my medicine lol.As a retail employee I understand it might be difficult to get everything done on time, and the staff is really nice. But my health comes first... so 2 stars. Also one time they told me my medicine would be ready by a certain day and they kept switching it up on me. I'm really tired of having to deal with this like every other month. The picture attached is how this situation makes me feel lol.

Honestly, they did everything they could to help me get the prescription I needed. Jeremy the pharmacist was a freaking rockstar trying to navigate VA insurance BS.

Made two appointments online to get the flu vaccine. One for my diabetic mother. Arrived 10 minutes early. The pharmacy technician said that the pharmacist is busy. Reschedule! Guy is in the back, never had the decency to even make eye contact. (Cero care for the customers) I am busy too! That's why I made the appointments!! Poor service! Then don't bother with appointments.

Never has medicine ready in time allotted. They are out of medicines and don't even offer to be of assistance. Instead give you a bunch of lip of why they don't want to help. Ever since Stanton left the pharmacy should close since they don't want to work or help people in any manner. Apparently they don't realize people have choices and save your self headache either go to the one on Military and 1604 or the CVS across the street it will save you headaches from these people and save your blood pressure from rising from idiots.

Horrible will never come back to this place or pharmacy. They need to learn good customer service they are rude and take forever!!! This applies to the pharmacy only. The manager or head pharmacist whatever his name is mumbles and you cannot understand what he's saying. Then if you say huh or what did you say he gets an attitude because he acts like he's to lazy to even talk. Why hasn't this place been reported? It needs to be addressed and they need a new pharmacy staff with better customer service skills and knowledge. I called in 4 hours before I arrived and they confirmed my scripts. When I got there they didn't have the right ones and they filled everything when I arrived there. After 15 minutes in the drive through and 30 minutes inside! It is also dirty and needs a major makeover. Do not go to this pharmacy... horrible!!!

Came to have my daughter vaccinated for the flu. There was only two employees (one being the pharmacist). They were very busy and my reason for visit was taking a while (not their fault, just part of the insurance and screening). I did feel bad because of me their line was getting longer. Their line was long , phones ringing and drive thru busy. Their affects were dry towards customers but not rude. I understood their stress as we have all been there before. I did notice that even though they were busy and possibly stressed they still addressed the customer by their names and some it appeared they already knew personally. When it finally came for the pharmacist to give my girls their flu shot his affect changed. He was very nice , talkative and addressed my girls personally. He didn't rush them or ignore them even with the rush they were experiencing. I appreciated that tremendously.

Walgreens pharmacy on Portranco and Ellison worst customer service. They're always short staffed no one in the drive-through I'm the only car and they will not attend me they leave me here for :15 minutes before they say we will be right with you and another :15 minutes go by and the medicine I came for they don't even have. This is not the first time it's always like this OMG management doesn't know what there doing.

This is my local pharmacy where all my meds are sent. At times they are short staffed and may take some time to get my meds but if I really really need them I just call and they have them for me ready that day. The pharmacist is very friendly always willing to help me and never has a bad attitude. The staff is also friendly and helpful even when they are busy. I have been to heb pharmacy and they are busy too but they usually don’t care to help and not too friendly. So instead I go to this pharmacy at Walgreens bc I will be treated better.

I don't generally go to this location, but I do like that it's always clean, and it's right off 1604, making it easily accessible!!

Uggghhh. I have always been a Walgreens customer, but this location makes it so hard. They just don't communicate at all. The pharmacist mumbles incoherently and does nothing to try to understand or solve problems. The staff will make these good-will promises like, "We will let you know when we get the medication in!" But then you never get a call. And when YOU call to check on it, the pharmacist says he never knew anything about it. And then he might throw some shade like telling you it will cost $130. I'm like, okay...? Well I'm calling because I need it and you said you would order it. Zero customer service skills here. Two in the pink, one in the stink Dude.
