Everyone is very friendly. I did have an incident because I didn't have an appointment for covid vaccine. After I explained how difficult it was to get my 90 year old dementia mom there, the personal made an exception. I was so appreciative. It made my day. There is a key code to use the restroom. This can be a problem but it is understood due to the area. The store is so clean and organized.

To the District Manager, and the GM here at Walgreens 2200 E. Houston st. I've been coming to this location for over 24 years. Alot of previous Pharmacists have retired, excellent employees retired, most new employees now and the new excellent remodeled store. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario at the Photo section. Mario was friendly, polite, kind, answering All my questions, going beyond the line of duty in assisting me with what photo prints I was requesting. Mario was helpful, good listener, patient, caring and so professional and welcoming. Thank you Mario for being the great Walgreens representative allowing me to receive your excellent customer service. CGR ????

Terrible service. Showed up at 11:30 for my 11:45 booster shot appointment. Corey who was checking me in took 20 minutes to figure it out. Never died anyone for help or me questions. If he had he would’ve known that my insurance changed and that’s why the system was rejecting it. In the meantime others were checked in and given there vaccines before me. Finally at 12:15 which took 30 seconds, I got my shot. It’s now 12:31 and I’m still waiting for my vaccine card to be filled out. I’m still sitting here watching people come and go for their shots.

Oscar from the pharmacy department is the best, another Walgreens messed up our order and he fixed everything and was super friendly and welcoming. He represents the best of Walgreens!

Went to get something printed out, but apparently it took 5 employees to help bring up groceries in the photo lab. Just talking it up ignoring all other customers, I guess their Idol had finally arrived. Therefore we left our items near them and walked out. I don't think they even noticed any one else at all. Wonder how much free stuff someone got that day This happened on 7/20 around 3 PM. What a joke your staff is now and it used to be an alright store before the dimwit in photo was hired.

Horrendous. I'm the only person in line standing here right now and they are making me wait.... I asked if I could get my prescription and the gal here isn't doing anything.... decided to go to the bathroom while I was waiting... pretty rude! This gal needs fired.

Services and product are good, however for a Pharmacy the operating time is super disappointed, they open too late for a Pharmacy. For early stuff you need to use the HEB on front. They should open at least at 7 am.

The pharmacy stuff is really rude. There is a certain woman on staff at the pharmacy. She makes fun of our medical conditions everytime we pick up our prescriptions. Which to me seems bitter . It is just an unprofessional setting..

Would not recommend these guys. I'm local and I can tell you that up until today, they had been relatively cool with me not wearing a mask which I appreciate. After today, I can tell you this....if you are looking for good customer service, this Walgreens is not the place. I've spent a lot of money here over the last year but after today, it's clear that doesn't matter to them. Neither do preexisting medical conditions or circumstances involving ones ability to maintain proper distance from others. I can say that I will happily be taking my business elsewhere.

This store is letting security (Bexar County Sherrifs Office). Take a box's of toilet paper when the limit is 2 per person. Now, as a paying customer that is not fair to us the public. What you have to wear a badge to have those privileges?
