Ray Wilcox, was an absolutely INCREDIBLE help, I purchased a very tricky prepaid card there, and I couldn't access the money at first, when I started to seem worried, ray looked me in the eye n said, "hay bro, don't worry thats your money, U WILL get it, this man kept his word, and saved the day, I was afraid they'd turn me away, but it was the complete opposite he went way out of his way to help me activate it, I have a place to stay the night now because he cares an is a good MAN, he even gave me a chair to sit while I did it!

Pharmacy location they are rude placing you on hold as soon as they pick up. No phone etiquette.

Best pharmacy staff!!! Ease if your ever out of town come to this pharmacy they are very helpful. Mind you they are closed on the weekends and are open 9-6 closed for lunch from 1:30-2.

If you think that no one can get your prescriptions either wrong or at the time specified, give this place a try, I have only ever used this place, and they have gone down hill the past 2 years, I understand the Covid frustrations, no reason to be rude, when on payroll. I went back 3 times in one day, the pills were still not ready.. come to find out they were hiding in the back, I guess, again that’s not my fault. Another time I went inside, which was just as bad as the drive thru service, a elderly gentleman was having a problem hearing, no they just didn’t raise their voice, they were yelling at him and rudely, I was so angry, I wanted to apologize to the man, there was no reason for that, I went a last year to ask about the booster shot, the lady that day didn’t even want to give me information, she told me to go on the website.. I felt like I drove over here, parked, came in the store and walked all the way back here to get information, and in return be told to go on the website. Anyway the problems have been stacking up, I’ve been thinking about changing to heb pharmacy.. I wanted to write the review to see if things change or get worse.

Special thanks to Adam Herrera who went above and beyond to find a lost order of film that was irreplaceable from the 1990s. He made a lot of calls and checked everything and called me a few hours later.Great job Adam!

The pharmacists at this location are extremely nice and helpful. They are closed on the weekends, so you have to work around that schedule, but they really seem to care about the customers and have always helped me get the medications I need.

This review is for the photo department. I live and work downtown so this is really my only option when it comes to convenience photo stores nearby to drop off during lunch. I've gone to this photo department probably 4 times in the last 2 months and never does anyone know how to properly work this area without having to find a manager. It's crazy. Not to mention I dropped off a disposable camera on 4/5/22 and was given a receipt stating to come back on 4/13/22 after 5pm. It is now 4/18/22 and my photos are still not ready and no one can tell me when / if they'll ever be coming back to the store for pickup. Considering they have my only negatives of these photos you can see how this is concerning and how little are they have when it comes to check on the processing stating to wait up to 6 weeks (online is says 3 days). Save ur time and spend a little bit more money to go print elsewhere.

Nice antique sign on the outside. Clean and stocked on the inside. Gave 4 stars since they don't have a pharmacy . Really none of the downtown Walgreens do! I really needed a medication on vacation!

I always get the best customer service and I can also find everything I am looking for, if I can’t find it I will just ask and a store employee is eager and willing to help me out. Best store in the downtown area.

they do not respect the established schedule. It seems that they have a reservation to the right of admission because they will not allow me to enter myself without any reason. the employees including the plump manager was very disrespectful when telling me that they closed an hour before due to not having staff. Don't try to lose your time come to this walgreen
