I have been sitting in the drive threw for over 10 min no one has greetede it is 3:30 on a Sunday.. I eventually got out my car went inside to just ask someone to check for me and just see if anyone is working I spoke to evelyn . The lady behind counter as cashier , didn't try to assist at all so I asked for a manager who eventually went and when I got back in my car and went in the drive threw it sat and still no one addressed me . I was the only car in drive threw no one was at the front counter inside . The pharmacy looked like a ghost. Carol was the supervisor I spoke with inside and a lady named Christine in pharmacy who says she is the operations manager told me I could not wait inlone in the drive threw and I would have to pull around to front wait and get back in line .. I was waiting on eye drops for my child I drove from 281 and bitters they wanted me to come back. In an hour huge in convenience for me as if my time was not valuable and I did not have a sick child at home .. I sat and took pictures and recorded other cars sitting there for 12 in in line .. I will be calling the store manager as well as the walgreena hot line.. after venting they refused to gibe me the medication and I went inside the store a third time and apoke to the inside srore manager on duty and she was the only one woth a brain todayand some cutomer service .. i go insde the third te and now they have five workers behind the line ..No one in the pharmacy had customer service a care for their job .. why did I have to get out my care and even go in I even asked the young lady to have the supervisordeal with me as I was already upset . No they told me to leave after coming here for 20 yrs .. I am no longer a Walgreens pharmacy fan .. I had to repeaty self to everyone I spoke to which was exhausting . The pharmacy whole department was beyond poooffered no apology sympathy nor care for my child or wishes her eyes are closed shut and filled with puss do to an infection if I could give less than 1 star I would ..

How does a pharmacy keep running out of medicines? Within the past 6 months, I was told they were “out of stock” on my medicine. In October and November they were out of stock of Hydrocodone for my back and 2 days ago I get a message saying my prescription for Antibiotics is back ordered. So I call this morning to find out when it would be in and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, the pharmacist says they have no prescription request for me. Really????Of course they have plenty of the latest Covid booster shots that I don’t want!Time to change pharmacies and hope the other ‘pharmacies’ understand how to order medicines other then Covid booster shots!

The pharmacist is extremely unhelpful. His decision to be unhelpful directly resulted in my spouse having a grand mal seizure in the car after leaving the pharmacy.We went for an emergency refill per The Occupations Code Title 3 Sec. 562.054. It basically says It is up to the sole discretion of the pharmacist to decide whether they want to help with a 3 day emergency refill. As I read it to him, he remarked rudely, “it’s up to me”.When I begged him for help, showed him the empty prescription bottle, told him it had been done before, and told him that my spouse would have a seizure if he didn’t get it. He basically shrugged his shoulders and told me to go to an Urgent Care.the pharmacist disgustingly chose a power trip than to legitimately help someone. He had it in HIS power to help and instead turned his back on a patient. His failure to refill the prescription resulted in a patient suffering. It’s grotesque. How can this man even qualify as a pharmacist with so much lack of basic human decency. Walgreens needs to do better.

My printer has not been installed yet, so I went to Walgreens on Nacigdoches Rd to make 4 X 6 photocopies of ten pics from my Gallery App for a memorial display. The young man in Photo Dept quickly came to my aid. Helped me get set up and reproduced what I had selected. Photos looked professional. A few admin glitches as to proofing work and information received. Whatever was amiss was corrected immediately. Small charge with taxes of only $4.33. What a way to have your printing done economically without having your own printer incurring high costs for ink jets, photo paper etc. Return to Walgreens in Feb or Mar. to print out tax forms needed to file Tax Return for 2023.

Been here several times and the staff here is always rude. Today an employee named Quran was rude. When I got to the counter to pay I realized I left my debit card at home (due to not feeling well and not thinking straight). I told Quran I would be back. When I got back not even 15 mins later she told me she put the stuff back on the shelf in a rude way. The employees need to have more compassion and good customer service working at a place like this!

If picking up meds from pharmacy give yourself at least an hour.....one person at register. Line is ridiculous. Always..Walgreens hire more people!

Drive thru pharmacy is crazy only one lane open and the line was wrapped around the side. The cars in the back of the line have to block the customers leaving the store. Or they block cars from entering the store off the Naco side. Got in line @ 7:45 drove off at 8:17. The girl doing the transactions was good though. They need to get some speed pointers from Chick fil a.

Just visited this store. I've not been in a long time. I picked out an item that I thought was on sale once you key in your phone number at check out. The sale price did not ring up and the cashier didn't know what to do. I asked to call a manager. The manager came up and said oh, we'll do a price check and started calling someone. I walked back to the area and pulled the yellow tag from the shelf and came back to the front. The manager then proceeded to tell me " that is with a coupon." I asked, "Where are the coupons?" She says, "On the app." I said, "oh, you don't just key in your phone number anymore?" She says "No." Didn't bother to help me with the app. Spent 5 minutes downloading and was able to virtually "clip" the coupon and then the item rang up the sale price. I hate those app coupons, just give me the sale price. And where did good customer service go? I was reminded of why I stopped shopping at Walgreens in the first place.

Pharm techs and workers don't know what they're doing there. It's like playing the game "telephone" literally- not the first time I've had issues with simply filling a script. They don't double check the information they input in the computer system and then tell you your information is the problem. Doesn't even include the 1+ hour wait of picking it up in line. Place went downhill. If I could give zero, I would.

I had a great experience today at the pharmacy. LaToya helped me to aquire my vaccines with in depth government paper work and a gliching computer system. She was just perfect! Then Frank the pharmacist on duty was just the best all the way around. I do feel this location gets a bad wrap. I will be back and all of the staff I came into contact with throughout the store was welcoming and very nice. I will start coming in and shopping more.

Drive thru is always backed up. HEB pharmacy is always quicker. The pharmacy staff are incompetent and careless. Worse service ever.!!

When you walk in you're greeted with "Welcome to Walgreens" and finding staff when needed is easy! And the prices are good too!!

Scheduled for Covid shot, drive over 30 minutes and they are out of shots...no call, no notice nothing...hmmmm is this some type of bait and switch?
