I'll give this pharmacy location 2 stars and not 1 because their drive thru for medication pick-up is decent but god forbid you need to schedule an appointment to get a vaccine. Came in a week ago with a scheduled appointment for a vaccine and the "system was down" so I was kept waiting for almost an hour, all for the tech at the pharmacy desk to tell me I could continue to wait or reschedule. I unfortunately decide to return for literally just THE ONE vaccine with yet another scheduled appointment, and am kept waiting for close to an hour with zero communication regarding the wait. I've also witnessed during my dreaded wait that many people are kept waiting to pick up meds so, there's that. Will refuse to schedule my vaccines here again, just came for the sheer convenience but will certainly not let that make my decision in the future. Save your time and energy.

Worst place to fill your medication, they told me 15 min. And been waiting over an hour. And then they didn't bill the insurance correctly either. 100% not recommended if I could put 0 stars I would.

I've had many experiences with this specific pharmacy, and I have had a variety of different issues when interacting with their pharmacy staff.
They can be pretty unaccommodating, I've even had technicians there give me attitude in a way that I have never experienced at any other pharmacy.
I keep going back because it's a convenient location, always hoping there may be different staff that might actually treat me differently. There are a few there that actually do, but being judged by your pharmacy is so wrong at so many levels.
I've gone through many different Walgreen's locations, and they all respected me and treated me like their customer.
It may be subtle, but if you have had issues with this location, please try a different one, and you will know exactly what I am talking about!
One thing that has been a constant problem with all Walgreen's locations is the issues with their app, I've lost track of how many times it has acted up & I finally just had to call to speak with a human.

I have been coming here since they opened this side of town for vaccines, the pharmacist and Kris are always so very professional, helpful and very kind despite how VERY BUSY they are they are so pleasant!

If you don't have time to wait in line....don't come here....ALWAYS a wait at the pharmacy and they're unfriendly. The retail staff up front however is great

This location flat out refused to accept cash even if it was exact change the kid told me that I had no choice but to pay by debit card. Since when is cash not legal tender?

Sent my husband into the pharmacy last night after I spoke to that same pharmacy on the phone for eye products that treats allergies/eye infection. Once my husband arrived this same clerk was extremely rude and completely blew him off. She acted as though I'm to busy and I already explained this on the phone. We have experienced several times with this same pharmacy. I decided to write about it since this is completely unacceptable behavior.

This Walgeeen's is an authorized Fed Ex drop off and pick up center which maybe Fed Ex might want to rethink as they are COMPLETELY inept. We dropped off a package today and got a deer in headlights look from the first associate. So out cones the Assistant Manager! She was that rude and obnoxious that I am off to file a complaint with the head office after this as her attitude was unacceptable based on her own inability to do her job!! She aggressively told us that they do not do the drop off and print service at the store - they do , so we showed her the details FROM FED EX at which point she still argued but called the manager who was of course able to get the job done ! Do sweetie if you are too incompetent to know how a service works in your store - get trained, not take it out on customers. It did not get better when they could not figure out how to get tbt return label in the box, then said they had no tape ( at a packaging service ) then proceeded to find 4 rolls. We were going to get passport pics after that but as the associate could not figure out another customer - we took off to UPS who got it right. Terrible shipping department with even worse staff

I’m not wearing my mask here! How are you gonna single me out by asking me if I could wear my mask, but not say anything to the other people who were in line maskless? I respectfully declined your request and just went to CVS. No hassle there. If you’re feeling unsafe, then continue wearing your mask, but leave me out of it.

This location provides good service and Pharmacy input especially one of the lead pharmacist, whose name is ANY Any is always Pleasant and courteous, timely and helpful ,updating your pick up with text. Very rare in today's business environment of hustle and bustle like a breath of fresh air. Good job WALGREENS !
