I ordered Vivroux though our school, poor customer service. I emailed and either called or texted with no response since mid December, my order was missing a pair of shorts. Unfortunately, I will not order again from Vivroux and I will let the school know of their poor service they provided me.

Do not order from this company. We placed a order on July 29th. Today September 14th we get half of the items, the caps are the wrong color and don't have our names embroidered. Its pathetic how long it took to get half the stuff we ordered, and then we get the wrong color and it is not embroidered like we paid for.

I placed an order at the beginning of June through MVISD and have yet to receive it. I emailed several times and after a few weeks received a response from Chad stating he would “look into it” and would contact the director of athletics and get back to me by end of day. Here we are a month later after receiving his response email and several emails have been sent over and over in regards to my order and no response nor my order. I am trying to get my refund and will be contacting BBB as well and notifying my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM! As you can see from previous posts this seems to be a continuous issue and very unprofessional. Especially when a school district is recommending them.

Miserable experience. Completely disorganized and unresponsive to any attempt at reaching our salesman. He repeatedly promised to have our 7 item order shipped (when I WAS able to get a response from him) over the course of 3+ months. We received partial credit for custom items that apparently never happened and ONE of the seven items after 3 months and many calls, texts, and emails. Blaming the Adidas warehouse for backorders and poor inventory, Vivroux is passing all the blame. We continue to wait for 2 hoodies. Recap: Almost $300 order, continued promises to have our order “next Thursday,” unresponsive sales guy, missed the entire season of intended merchandise usage, and STILL not whole, after months of back and forth. Save yourself the drama and headache...choose another company.

Has been two months since order placed and not even contacted about what’s going on with my $200 order. Emails and phone calls not responded to and now can’t even get through on the number. Very poor customer service. Have ordered before and didn’t have as bad of an issue but this time have had a terrible experience. I can understand being backed up but to not even have the courtesy to respond to customers is inexcusable.

This is a nice local option for sporting goods. Prices may be a bit higher than a large chain, but not by much. They have apparel for popular Texas teams and general sporting equipment. Try any of the great food options next door while you're there!

Not worth the gas unless you go to Alamo heights. Small store and not a very big selection of anything.
