Outdated inside but nice staff. Could have done without the older brunette tech mockingly asking “what’s a portal?” loudly when I told staff I uploaded my dogs’ immunization shots online to their Yourgi app.

My previous veterinarian unfortunately made an error in the timeline for my relocation to Europe and obtaining the necessary EU Health Certificate for my beloved dog. It was during this challenging time that I reached out to Stone Oak Veterinary Clinic, and I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance they provided. They made me feel valued and reassured me that they would be able to help. I would never recommend this place. I took my pet to be treated and they couldn't do it, because it was 3:00 pm. There was no attention, no good treatment, no help. Zero stars if I could do it.

This place is terrible, its workers don't even know what they do there and they just prefer to recommend another place. Lack of hygiene as well.

My dog was sick in the morning. My regular Vet couldn’t see him. Stone Oak can up when I was looking for emergency clinics. I called and the receptionist said come right away. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

This review is long overdue. I’ve been taking my cavie, Ollie here since he was a puppy. He’s now 2. The staff has been absolutely amazing with him. He has some GI complications which have been challenging but they have been on top of it. Dr. Jue is very thorough and always follows up to ask how he’s doing or to give me any updates, many times after hours. I will always trust that he’s safe in their care, and wouldn’t even think about taking him anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

We have been going to this vet for over a year and it had been great. But they seem to have gone downhill. My husband and I just had our first baby so we are just trying to get caught back up with life. This week, we went to the office to get our dogs medication. They informed us that he was due for an appointment and they could not release any medication until then. Okay no problem, we just dropped the ball due to the pregnancy and the fact that we just had a baby. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When my husband explained that to her, she was very rude and said “Well, he’s been due since November sooo.” Okay, well our bad. Pregnancy last 9 months so excuse us for not remembering. But you do not need to be rude and condescending towards us. We have enough on our plate so how about you show just a little compassion. Needless to say, this ruined the experience for us. We even moved to the other side of town but loved this vet so much that we didn’t mind driving this far. But now, we will take our business somewhere else.
