The one star is for the senegalese twists being pretty.
I'm up at 130 AM taking out braids that were done this morning. They are priced at $170 but I was told $200 at the shop. Go figure.
My head is in too much pain to sleep. I asked to keep my edges out so a few hairs on the side weren't braided in, but the rest of my edges, especially any hair on my forehead, were.
I said multiple times that the braiding hurt and it continued the same way, but since I was in a hurry and she was almost done I suffered through it thinking it wouldn't be so bad after.
I steamed and oiled my head. I got in the shower and ran very high temperature water across my scalp and wrapped my head with hot towels. It still hurts too much to tolerate even the softness of a pillow.
I can't put them in a ponytail without plucking out my hair and it feels like I'm on the way to traction alopecia if I leave them in. I am PISSED and want my money back.

The first time I went they did my hair nice. The second time it was not what I wanted and I paid way too much. The lady stated she will give $30 off my next style. Call the other day and she said NO I don't remember I sent pictures so was able to remember, but I'm currently sitting in the chair spending my $275 else where

I had a appt today @9am, when I showed up no one was at the shop. I waited and called both numbers and also sent text messages asking will anyone be there for my appt. They never answered or replied. I had my husband call from his number and they answered and told him they will be there in 5min. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! I would not recommend, the least they could have done was say they wouldn’t be able to make it.

The best braids I've had since I move from Dallas. I've been braiding my good hair for years. This visit, the timing was bad, she bullied me, kept 3 bags of my hair, and after 10 hours, my braids is a skimpy mess. Now I gotta get it re-done again! Just an FYI, Virgie watch who you bully because the person you bullied may have a bigger bully and come for you. This time I'm giving you a pass and we done.

Great Salon for all hair braiding needs!! I highly recommend.Great company and great environment. I had box braids done on Feb.22,2023 and it took 7 hours. Although Ms. Virginia had help, my braids came out beautiful. My only thing was that I was told $210 on the phone for hair included with style and ended up paying $235 which was not in my price range. But again my braids are beautiful. Nice service I would recommend these salon. It did take a little long but the time was worth it my braids are amazingly beautiful also I was a walk in on a Sunday and the lady’s stayed there until they finished my braids. Beautiful job thank you ?
