The worst customer service ever. Didn’t get greeted at all. They didn’t offer any help, we didn’t get acknowledged at all. My friend goes to check out and only once my friend asks how his day was going did he talk. It was a young guy with glasses and an older blonde woman. The employees are so stuck up and rude. Don’t go unless your white and flashing your money around and hopefully then will you get a hello.

Horrible customer service from the top down. We spent over 200 dollars here and had 1 shirt damaged through no fault of our own. The manager was told of this over the phone and had us come in only to say that she can’t help us. If you sell a defective product then you must make it right. I will never again shop here, having regrettably already spent thousands here. Furthermore I will let my friends and family know not to buy here. Good luck staying in business with this mindset towards high dollar paying customers. I wish I could give 0 stars. The manager’s name was Nelly. Shame on you, all you had to do was an even exchange but you refused.

Horrible customer service form the store manager she does not know how to listen carefully, very rude and unprofessional, I came to her with a complaint and when arriving in the store she looked at me very discriminatively and proceeded to tell me that she would not help me , even though she told me over the phone that she would help me if I came into the store. The unprofessional manager was Nelly. We have been long term customers for a very long time and have never had an issue with the products from this brand until now, and when brought to managers attention we were met with such disrespect and horrible customer service. Never again!

Cute clothes but the customer service in the store was terrible! Went a few weeks ago with my Mom and no one said a word to us, thought it was a one -off. Went back today with my husband and same thing. No acknowledgement whatsoever and no other customers in sight! Two men at the counter just hanging out, then 2 girls came out from the back and they didn't say a word either. Proceeded to go to Lululemon and although they were packed, many of the salespeople acknowledged us. This store won't make it with this lazy and rude service. So disappointed.
