Stoped by to tour yesterday, and fell in love with the property! I had been touring all morning and was so over it, when I came to vineyard I was greeted with a friendly smile and kind face. The apartment was so pretty and just what I wanted! I am definitely moving in!

So I took a risk on this place moving in from Colorado. I’ve lived here for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. The area is super convenient, the office staff is always super nice, and I love their movie theater! Thanks Carlos, Lichelle, and Kamila!

Where to start. I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years, I love my apartment! I don’t think I’ll be leaving anytime soon. I’ve rented apartments for 8 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had!! Maintence team gets things done pretty quickly, which was a breath of fresh air! Recommend this place to anyone wanting quality! And staff is wonderful and very welcoming

Hope y’all are prepared to pay fees that cost more than a months of rent when y’all move out! I recently moved out and cleaned my one bedroom apartment to the best of my ability. For some reason they wanna charge $800+ in cleaning fees when i left the apartment CLEAN. They also wanna charge me $500+ for a few holes in the wall from nails and a broken drawer (which broke a few days into me living there. I went into the office to report but was never fixed). When I called to talk about these fees they didn’t seem to care about these ridiculous fees. They also mentioned charging me to replace the microwave and something with the AC (which worked perfectly fine when i lived there). They are also charging me for pest problems? I never had pest when i lived there because i would take care of it myself.
AVOID THIS APARTMENT they don’t care about you or any issues you have!

Sure we had some issues with the unit under the old management but at least with them things actually got done in a timely manner.
Fast forward to now, our ac has been leaking for over a month, with water damage becoming apparent. If they ever get someone out here to actually fix anything, will they take care of all the water damage that's happened since or will we have to wait another month plus? Not to mention the fact our roof leaks when it rains which caused one of our lights to short out since the leak was coming from the light fixture, which again has yet to be resolved, thank god it's the summer or we'd have to keep buckets all over the place. The attitude around here is basically
"we're gonna get your rent anyway lol"
The complex contains a large number of buildings and it's ridiculous that they'd only have 3 maintenance people for all units. Management claims they're working through maintenance requests that are over 200 hundred days old so if you're cool with waiting that long if your apartment's toilet won't flush, your sink is leaking, you have roaches, there’s a mold outbreak, or any other problem with your apartment feel free to move here
Edit: due their negligence and lack of diligence, it looks like the damage is spreading.

I have been at this complex 5 months. When I first moved in I requested that tree debris, huge dead limbs on the ground in front of my patio be removed as well as tall weeds, grass, and trash. This is not only a fire hazard, but a breeding ground for snakes, and a big eye sore!! The recycle bin is full and running over frequently, which results in it blowing all over the parking lot! A real mess! The lawn maintenance is not doing their job. They mow, however very little trimming with weed eater, and the only area that is done properly is the front office area! The rest of the complex is not being maintained as the front is. The doggy park is in poor condition and uninviting to say the least, and one of the reasons I chose this complex, and the doggy poop bins are frequently full! And last, the parking spaces are full of dirt, rocks, limbs, and trash and need to be cleaned. Austyn and Trinity are nice and have taken my concerns/requests, however nothing has been done by owner/management. We have a new manager and I am praying that I see some positive changes in the the areas I have mentioned. Soon! This apartment complex is located in Shavano Park, an upscale area of north San Antonio, and the reason I chose this apartment, and looking forward to positive changes to bring this complex up to the standards of this area! Updating my comments: Also, the breezeways are filthy and have not been cleaned properly in years, and may I ask what the issue is with the gates?? Is this a gated community or not? I did hear from property manager Lysette 2 weeks ago that everything was in such a disarray due to no maintenance help and to give them a chance to catch up on my concerns/requests, however I would like to hear from the owners as well. I would like to know if they ever come in from Houston and walk this property to see not only what I am addressing, but also others living here as well!

I’m sad to say that you do need to trust the negative reviews. The online photos are not representative of what you actually get. I just moved here a month ago and the pool has been closed the entire time! The entry gates do not work. Homeless people have been sleeping in the gym the couple times I have tried to go. It is very unsafe. They lock gates for amenities they advertise but not to keep the community safe. It’s ridiculous.
I moved here from out of state and they required me to start paying weeks before arrival in order to get a lease, though they have MANY units available for immediate move in. Then when I move in, the apartment was dirty and there are multiple problems they still have not fixed in a month. Maintenance is non-existent. The parent company (Adara) finally had someone come out 3 weeks after moving here and he tried his best to help but had no parts to fix several items. He was leaving the company and said he doubted I’d ever see anything repaired. The pest control that is an extra charge took 3 weeks to come out as well. Trash you also pay extra for is only picked up half of the time. Speaking of move in, I was just handed the keys and not given a tour or any information. When I brought back my move in checklist and asked, Trinity rolled her eyes and begrudgingly showed me the gym and pointed to the closed pool. Terrible customer service.

Do NOT move into these apartments!!! RUN….Im serious. The maintenance is horrible. When I lived there my ac was out the majority of the time. The only time it would cool was in the morning. Afternoons would be in the 80’s and cool again at night to 78. Leasing office doesn’t care about anyone. What they do care about is you paying your rent on time. They are dirty, and old. Everything is outdated. When you move out they have you pay for things you didn’t do. Overall it’s a bad place to live. I wouldn’t recommend it.
