Urban Sketchers sketched here Saturday morning. Lots of fun sketch sites. This is one of those cool old places with a Rusty bus, little gardens, chickens and even vendors selling all kinds of stuff. There is an old Victorian house, said to be haunted. This whole place is worth a look up on line at the very least. I will go back, for sure.

I was so excited to see this place but I was very disappointed. We were not allowed to go into the house, now you can only go in if you pay for the tour. The up keep on this property is terrible. Everything is falling apart. There is trash and broken down vehicles on the property and it's not the historical part either. It really gave me like a carnie vibe. Like the fair grounds of a circus it was terrible. I would not recommend this place. I can't believe they would let a place with this much history be trashed the way it is.

Was expecting more than what we got out of the tour the cocktails were ridiculous Kool-Aid drinks and cranberry drinks all were disgusting in my opinion also very overpriced

The Festival of the Dead Masquerade Show was great. I really enjoyed it and liked the guys with the fire tricks. The place was beautifully decorated and the food was ok. My sister bought a winter hat and really liked it. Overall, it was a great performance.

dont waste your money on the night circus/red room, total waste of money.Drinks were terrible and the entertainment was awful.The vendors inside were awesome, but the outdoor vendors were a little junkie , and you can visit them for free during the day. This property has so much potential, very disappointed.

My granddaughter wanted to do a paranormal tour for her birthday so I booked one at the Black Swan Inn. The tour guide was very knowledgeably and had a lot of cool interesting stories. He also showed us what areas we were more likely to have activity when we were doing our own investigation, and had investigating tools we could borrow. This was definitely everything I could have hoped for. We both enjoyed it very much. And the price was definitely right as well.

This place has great potential but doesn’t live up to it. The owner stopped taking care of it a long time ago and it shows. If you love old houses and history your heart will ache when you see how neglected this house is. The market has a few fascinating items, but beware of some of the booths because they are rickety and have some week spots in the floors.

We enjoyed our nighttime investigation and the Paranormal Fest the next day. Unique location with a lot of history. Shops on-site are a bonus.

Interesting place. Great San Antonio history. Reported to be one of the most haunted places in San Antonio. Took my wife a d one of her friends over on Saturday for a Paranormal Festival. Was an all day event . They really enjoyed joked it. Meet several famous people and learned more about the history of the place. It sits on the location of the Battle of Salado.Very interesting place.If you are interested in history or Paranormal then the Black Swan would be well worth a visit.

I’ve seen the story aired several times on Ghost hunting shows. I was excited to be in San Antonio and wanted desperately to visit this location. The drive down the deserted road was eerily quiet. The grass and bushes are so overgrown that we couldn’t get great views of the home itself. We tried. But it was noted, No Trespassing. You’d think that a house that had this much attention, would be well kept. If you’re not allowing ppl to tour the outside at least keep the yard up so they can see it from the street. I get that all the overgrown grass and brush adds to the mystery but we’d like to see more of the home itself. We snapped a few photos.

A great Spooky place to go if you are intrigued by The paranormal. They have many events as well as markets with so many amazing vendors from food to crystals, card readings and Homemade herbal tea blends, Salves and so much more. So definitely make a trip here ..

I was highly disappointed with the Harry Potter event. When I arrived it was very cluttered with items that looked like it was for the junkyard. They did false advertisement. Nothing there was Harry Potter themed except one vendor. But other than that, no decorations of Harry Potter, no music Harry Potter music....NOTHING.....THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! A waste of my time!

Believe me or not; but I experience something paranormal every time I visit. The market area is always full of interesting ppl and good food. The Tours by the paranormal twins are educational and in good spirits. Last main event, I was surprised to have met the Famous, Andrea Perron! Definitely recommend this venue for anyone macabre or boho type feel
