Jeremy is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jeremy gave solid recommendations and suggestions. Jeremy resolved situations quickly and efficiently. With one customer Jeremy acknowledged he forgot to simply upload a change and he quickly fixed the problem and owned the accountability with no direct cost to the customer.
