Gabriel was SUPER helpful to my dumb self. For real he showed more patience and respect than he should have to. I legit had a DUMB problem that most people woulda been totally okay with refusing to help with.

Came in tried to get some assistance on upgrading three of my four phone lines. I kept getting passed around from person to person the manager instead of helping me pass me as somebody else and then went and help somebody else as though he was too good to help me, but then proceeded to help other customers in front of me so I ended up here for over two hours. Definitely going to reach out to corporate 100% unacceptable and unprofessional

Read stories from customers. Not good for business. Submitted application for employment without realizing the ramifications of the establishment. Decided to withdraw my application for employment. If a manager doesn't care, is not a risk i want to join into.

This has been the worst experience I've had at a corporate location. When I first walked in, there was no greeting. I came in to upgrade my phone, but the representative took an hour just to generate a quote, only to suggest adding a new line to save money, which I declined. A few days later, I returned to pick up a case, and again, no one greeted me. All the employees stayed in the back for over 20 minutes while customers continued to walk in. This is unacceptable. To the manager and regional manager of this location, it’s clear the staff is poorly trained and unable to manage multiple tasks while assisting customers. DO BETTER!

This was by far the best service I have experience as a new customer. First time at a Verizon store and all the staff was friendly and professional and knew about the products.

Went to the Verizon on potranco and they had horrible customer service so I went to this location. I was greeted and helped by Jerry and he helped me with my upgrade. He was able to explain my upgrade and break down the cost which the other store would not do for me. I was able to upgrade my phone and he helped with the entire process. I am overall happy with my experience and will be coming to this location for help.

Yessica Ramirez was an amazing representative, she took the extra mile to assist with my business account for Exclusive Balloons and Decor LLC we are so pleased with the amount of kindness your reps in this Alamo ranch store displayed. Yessica was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns.

David, the manager who is not old enough to handle himself eagerly seized the opportunity to kick me out in an empty store after accusing me of being unprofessional. I was not raising my voice nor was I irate. I asked him to lower his tone and keep it professional in which he responded with kicking me out. David was rude, lacked customer service, failed to deliver quality care/sympathy, the list goes on for opportunities missed by this employee.

BEWARE!! this is one of the most sketchy locations I’ve been too. The salesman was obviously new so I can’t fault him, the store manager was helping him and getting our quotes. We were just trying to change our plans and get new phones. Between multiple quotes, we had services added that weren’t talked about or mentioned at all, found added multiple lines that of course aren’t needed and them changing plan levels between quotes to make it seem like 2 high level plans were way more expensive than the 5 basic they tried to sell us. When asked about what the differences were between the quotes, they lied to my face. So we walked out and won’t be returning.

One of the most rude people in this location is Alex . He does not know how to talk to people. Most people don't know about your store policy, and they will not know unless you tell them. So tell them before you yell at them.

10/10 service. Felisha was excellent in spending 2+ hours trying to troubleshoot a 3rd party phone with connectivity issues for me. And after no success (software issue) was able to hook me up with a new phone, a significant credit on my account for the 3rd party phone trade in, upgraded my plan for little to no additional costs AND waved the additional fees for activation. Although I spent the majority of the day at the store, I left extremely pleased with my service and my overall new phone and phone plan. This store genuinely cares about customer service and listens to input. Thanks for helping me upgrade guys!!

Yessica was very helpful and kind, considering we literally ran in about 10 minutes before closing to activate our new phones. We didn't need to transfer anything, so it only took a few minutes, but they all acted professional, and I never felt anyone was upset we got there at that time. We did apologize, but we had seriously met the UPS guy and drove off. I needed my phone to function for my business the next day. She also had beautiful, over the top, nails. ?
