I walked in and was told they’d be with me soon. Customers left leaving service people available. But they seemed to just be visiting with each other, laughing. I finally walked out!

Came in for a simple upgrade everything was done because I had went to another location but they did not have the phone i wanted in stock, I was greeted but a Husky hispanic male I let him know what I needed help with he went to the back of the store came out again walking towards another direction and said someone will help me soon not long after another couple came in he greeted them as-well and said the same thing, and not even a few minutes later another husky white male associate came to help them before I did which confused me because I was there before hand. Not even a minute later another couple walks and a short female with dark hair approached them and she saw me when i first came in aswell and went to help them which then the couple points to me because they’re aware I was there before they were and I said no it’s okay to the couple and mumbled to myself if they want to act stupid so be it and walked out. No one ever told me any reason as to why I had to wait if everything was already done before hand at another location and the first husky hispanic male was just standing around, why greet someone for help if you’re not doing anything about it or even explain if i have to wait longer than other customers who walked in after me. I called corporate to file a complaint as a priority customer for over 6 years that’s not how you act just because you work in a “high class area” act your position as a verizon associate. Had great service in store, but I had preordered my phone on day 1 of preorders and was told I would receive on launch day. My phone still hasn’t shipped and online support only says that they are back ordered. The whole point of ordering day one was to prevent being on back order. I can’t review the company so my review goes here.

Terrible customer service, new store manager is rude and acts like customers are putting him out when they need help. Switched from T-Mobile less than a year ago and so far, Verizon's customer service is AWFUL!

Was supposed to pick up a phone upgrade at this location. Was some confusion between Verizon corporate and this store. When I asked them to call up to verify the upgrade since they had no record. Was told they could do nothing for me and refused to help. Salesman wouldn’t make eye contact and was more concerned with his phone that helping a 5+ yr customer with over 5 devices. When I told them that the discrepancy between corporate and the store was not my problem and i needed my phone for business was told it’s not their problem either. This is 100% the reason I would rather deal with a computer than a Verizon store employee.

My Verizon sim card failed so I was sent to this location by the Huebner location as this was apparently one of the only 2 corporate locations who would be able to convert my physical sim to an E-sim. After driving across town with no cell service (having to use street signs and getting lost multiple times in a city I am unfamiliar with,) I was told that there was nothing this location could do because I was under my parent's contract. I let them know that I do not live in the same city as my parents and would struggle to get to them in the middle of a school week. I asked if they could call and confirm they were okay with the sim change and they said sorry and told me basically to leave as there was nothing they could do. After I left and drove across town AGAIN with no service, I had my parents call the Verizon corporate number who told me to go to the Bandera location where they would switch the sim for me. The Bandera location simply sent the account holder's number a confirmation link and they were able to switch it easily. Completely flabbergasted by the incompetence and unfamiliarity of this Verizon staff. Especially considering that this was the "corporate" location. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I’m sitting outside the Verizon store on La Cantera Parkway, San Antonio, TX. Right by my house, I went inside to see about updating my plan and getting a new phone, I was treated so rudely and disrespectful by the young lady inside (Vira)? that I won’t be back. I will drive miles away out of my way to another Verizon store to see if I can get better customer service. Extremely disappointed with this Verizon store.

Yesi or Yessica fortunately does not work there anymore. She messed up our upgrade and put us through hell. She's useless and had no idea what she was doing. I just want to thank Doug very very much, the new manager in charge, because he helped us very quickly and got our issue resolved. Please fire Yesi/Yessica, whatever location she moved to!

I had bad experience with is store specially with the manger Ana she gave me wrong information just to singe with Verizon she was very rude unprofessional dealing with customers I felt discriminated against when I received my bill it was not like the deal we agreed when I was in store I will send complaint to the attorney general about the fraud and scam also to the Department of commerce and telecommunications
