This is the only Verizon store that actually will help with troubleshooting. Staff at the location is great!

Just purchased my 1st Smart watch/phone from James at Verizon. He was professional,courteous,thorough & detailed about making sure I was familiar/comfortable using my new watch & phone. Definitely rec. him to friends/family. He's an asset to Verizon! Funny & easy to speak with. Tks again.
