Some of the best customer service I've had. Top 5 percent. Went in with a damaged phone trying to transfer info to my new phone. Screen was cracked in a way to where only 15 percent of screen was visible . Almost impossible to read . They could've said there's no way to transfer due to the damage but customer specialist Angelo Cigarroa took the time to try to figure out another way. Ultimately transferred everything to new phone.
Verizon isn't the cheapest but worth every penny. Would recommend to everyone . Customer service at military and 410 is the best

Awful experience!
One day earlier I purchased 2 gizmo watches they could able to put phone number into one and could NOT for the other one. (Waited more than an hour.. Understandable was busy)
The day after I made an extra trip to there to fix the issue. I entered and didn’t frustrate at the beginning despite the extra trip. Tried to explain the issue. The lady kept interrupting and ask me ID? Your ID? After seeing my ID kept interrupting. Finally a piece of minded manager showed up and looked my ID and asked the information I tried to bring up in the first sentence (I tried to start with account numbers)
After an other 30 mins waiting issue solved. Wait is not a big deal.
Even 1st purchase’s mistake is not a big deal. Mistakes happen every second.
But disrespect?? That’s a big deal..
Did the disrespectful lady understood her mistake? Unsure. I hope this comment helps..

Crissy was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to get me the Galaxy s24 I wanted in purple. She explained how to transfer data and the website. Overall, great experience!!

Was never acknowledged nor looked at. After walking around the whole store, I finally noticed they had a sign that was pretty much hiding, to scan & check in. It never gave me the option to check in, just to make an appointment. Which was also giving me a hard time. I left.

Do not ever seek assistance or purchase any accessories from this location if you’re a Verizon customer.I placed an order online to be picked up at store. Somehow a duplicate order was sent to the account address out of state. I contacted the store to seek assistance and their only response was that since I placed the order online I had to contact customer care to correct it. This was a Saturday and customer care did not reopen until Monday.The policy of not being able to provide customer care over the weekend is ignorant. This interaction with and non responsiveness by the store is pathetic.

There's usually a long wait almost every time I visit, but this time was very quick and no wait at all. I was impressed with how fast I was taken care of. Just in and out within minutes.

The workers literally avoid eye contact when you enter. This place is so rude and unprofessional. I stood around waiting to hand over my iPhone, not even to make a transaction, and they let me stand there for 45 minutes unhelped. This place is trash. Don’t visit. I’m literally still standing here typing this review.

Went in to the store 9 days after purchasing a phone and they were closed. I went in 2 more times within the 30 days return period and they would not do the return. The 800 customer service said the store would do the return. So now I am out the $1000 for the phone.

I took the time to switch over my personal account to my business account. Thought that the service with Verizon was very good compared to other providers I've had. So I came to the store and talked to the business manager who honestly was great he got me all set up right away. This review is not for him. He had a business phone ordered for me and instead of sending it to my house had it sent to the store. When it arrived at the store the guys that work in this particular store chose not to even call me and let me know that it came in. So the next day I texted asking where my phone was and he said that the guys got it late and he was sorry but they should be expecting me anytime on saturday. Failing to tell me that they closed at 6:00 on Saturday I arrived at about 6:15. Happy that the door was locked but there was somebody inside I knocked on the door and tried to let the guy know I was just there to pick up my phone. Rather than go to the door and see what I might need and hear me out he just held up the number six at me with his hands over and over. Without being able to communicate with this genius I was trying to let him know that they made a mistake and we're supposed to give me my phone yesterday and that all I was doing was picking it up. However he obviously couldn't hear me being 20 feet away inside of the store and didn't care whatsoever to come and find out why I might be insisting that he come and talk to me. At the end of the day you can give excellent customer service and one guy who is more concerned about getting home than taking care of the customer can ruin a customer's experience who has been with you for years. I'll be back at 11:00 to pick up my phone tomorrow and I'll be letting him know if I see him how rude it was to not even listen to me especially when he's there helping another customer anyways. Hope the party or whatever he had to get to that was more important was worth the bad review.
