As I leave this 5 Star Review , I first want to say thank you to the two amazing ladies Janna and Teresa ? they were EXTREMELY helpful and very welcoming for it being my FIRST time in Vera Bradley. I want to say the Service was incredible and the information for Afterpay was immaculate! 10/10 experience overall and personally I will continue shopping at NorthStart Vera Bradley ?

Went into the store around 12:30 my husband and I were there only customers no greeting whatsoever starting looking around still no greeting two clerks were at register chatting and gossiping among themselves we left disappointed and without a purchase. Very bad customer service.
