I’ve always loved this clinic , staff and the doctors are great. But I had to take my dog the other day because he was really sick and It cost me $725. The prices have really gone up and are just a bit ridiculous people cannot afford that. I know that was hard for me to accept. That was a big amount, I may have to consider finding another vet, even though I have used this one for years now, Just way too expensive!!! I really could not afford $725 but I had no choice. I believe you’re going to lose a lot of customers unless your pricing comes down.

Dr. Lopez and team were awesome. Harley, my pet, had to have a procedure done. I definitely would recommend Dr. Lopez and team to friends and family.

They love animals! My scardy cat German Sheppard felt comfortable there. Made a huge difference for us.

Idk why some of these professionals talk to people like they are dumb on the phone had an encounter with a woman at this location who spoke to me like I was dumb and thought it was funny. They are the ones that sent out the card for what my dog needed I called corporate today and waiting on a call back. From now on I’ll just simply go to another location

I have been taking my pup to this office for years and they have always been so good with her! They keep on time appointments which is a big deal for me.

Went with my friend to take her dog to the vet and this place was so nice, we were running five minutes late or so for the appointment but they said they have a ten minute grace period and were very understanding. Great service, very helpful!

The vet was Ok. We weren't confident in her but that's just our experience. The reason I will not go back is we were told we could bring in our cat to follow up on temp and get fluids and not be charged. At the end of our visit the tech told us it was $40 because it was "longer". She said she "forgot" to add in the follow-up before we did the fluids" We had no choice but to sign form again since we already had it done. I believe that is bad practice and not everyone plans for extra expenses. Especially after they claim they will be up front with charges. I believe after the fact she was told to charge us by the vet since the vet came in and spoke with us.

We took our cat in yesterday to find out she was bitten by a venomous snake and that for everything needed to be done was over $3,300 dollars. They wouldn’t work with us on pricing or anything and we had to pay that up front first while she’s in pain just to find out we had to put her down. My wife and I heard the worst news and the fact they couldn’t do anything to try and save her isn’t an emergency vet at all. They had her under a heat lamp to regulate her temperature for 2 hours just to come tell us we have to pay that much and left there after being there for over 5 hours to leave home to bury her. You run a vet make sure every animal that comes in gets the treatment they need.
