It would be five stars but I went and bought an item and forgot it there and when I call them to let them know they forgot to give me something they charged me for they never answer the phone call I lliterally called 11 times and no answer

When I went in to the store it was not busy, only one other customer in the store.The coffee creamer machine was out of cream which happens that's fine, but they could put a sign so I don't find out after pouring the coffee in the cup.As I was preparing my coffee a different way. I could hear the other costumer in the store discovering his fountain drink choice was out of product, also no sign.After I checked out I went to use the restroom and it was closed, not for cleaning, just closed, but there was a sign. One star for the sign.Also the clerk gave me correct change, second star.Not very convenient for a convenience store.

Sat outside of the store to make a purchase and get gas for 15 minutes. There were about 10 other customers that were going to spend money, but the doors are locked at 0730. What the heck Valero?
