Imagine driving across country, in August, and your engine blows up while in the middle of south Texas.... Happened to me. With no family or friends within 800-1000 miles I was screwed but for one thing. The confidence that I can repair anything. I'd never tested it against a blown head gasket, in 100°+ heat, in a parking lot, though. Nor against the theives of Texas who stole, first, all my tools when I'd hone to the parts store. Then the aluminum intake manifold and cylinder head while buying new tools.and through it all... I'd appreciated the hospitality of a gas station id coasted into. Too bad it was shirt lived. Nobody asks me if I needed help.... but at least they left me to fix it, I'd thought. But no ody saw a thing when my car kept getting broke into... And somehow the thieves knew when I'd be gone. ? And once the parts were taken, they wanted me gone. Actually called the cops rather then tell me or speak with me.So I've got everything I need to fix the thing now, but I'm wasting time now trying to find another location to tow it to.Thanks for your help crew. ? Southern hospitality at its finest.

The ladies that work there, especially the evening/night crew, have very poor customer service skills. They don't acknowledge the customers at all. And when they do they have a very poor/ugly attitude! They'll be on their phone and will wait on you when they're ready.

Seriously, if you do not have customer service skills ESPECIALLY as a manager/assistant manager, you should not work here!!! Get better employees #CornerStore!!! Aka soon to be #CircleK 🤔🙄😒

This place is always busy! Its great to stop by if you need to pick up something quick. It has a Subway inside and is stocked well with your regular gas station foods. Service here though leaves a lot to be desired. Only guy that works here that is friendly is David on overnights.

August 2017 by Thank you
Went in Valero on medina. By 410 and 90 the employee Joann was very rude to my husband and I for no reason at all. My husband is spanish speaking and ask her for lotto tickets she said "I dont speak spanish" and left my husband with the money on his hand and she walked off. He told me about the incident and I went inside and told her what the problem was. This Joann cartoon said "Go back to mexico" while she was laughing. This was such a disrespect. I hope she doesn't come across someone who will do something about it. I feel bad for her family I can just imagine the morals she teaching her family.

Wow lady named Mary M had such attitude because I bought a scratch off with my other purchases and I know u have to pay cash for those I gave her a 5 dollar bill and sighed and snapped her teeth due to the total being 11 bucks but wanted to pay for the remainder on the card. While she closed my transaction she rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter as I told her thank you upon receiving my merchandise with her back to me. Yea never again stopping here... Doubt this is the first time she's done this Valero be mindful on whom you hire, this employee is reflecting yalls business. Before I went up in line I heard a customer ask her hey you use to work at the Valero on military right and she just shook hey head yes and smirked sarcastically. Way to go for customer service. You don't like your job then you shouldn't work here.
