Horrible is right!! My husband and I were pumping gas and they asked for money to use bathroom.Why is this? I called right away and manager said it’s a donation!!!! Iregional manager needs to over see this matter!!!!

The only circle k in all of the US that can’t figure out how to stay open past eleven (if your lucky normally they dip out early), staff is mostly non existent, “hot” food stays up for weeks on end. Worst gas station around.How corporate hasn’t cleaned house of the current management is beyond me…

I visited this location for the first time on today. Typical Valero gas station. Based on its location, I'm sure it gets a lot of traffic, but there wasn't any traffic today. The pump worked just fine and I appreciate that I was able to get my receipt at the pump. This hardly ever happens at other locations. The store was stocked and clean. The cashier was very friendly.

If you enjoy being yelled at by a belligerent employee...then they have you covered.Horrible, under stocked location with hostile staff.Too many other gas stations, in the area, to put up with their crude behavior.

Always closed after about 10:00 p.m. I bartend at fiascos and stop by after work because this is the closest convenient store and they are closed more than they are open. Please take down the 24/7

If you’re open 24 hours a day be open or hire somebody, tired of getting off of work walking to your store that says it’s open just to walk home empty handed .

I've been coming into this store for a while now and have not encountered such a nasty cashier, until today. She either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or having a bad day. BUT it shouldn't matter. Leave your bad attitude outside the workplace! I was so close to leaving my items and not come back, which I should have done. HOWEVER, I will not be back with people like this working there. You are in a customer service job, if you don't like it, find a job somewhere else, where you don't have to work with customers!!!!!!!

Cashier was very rude the the customer before me and then he decided to tell me that I needed to leave the store too when I came in alone and I was waiting patiently to ring up my purchases . And I was explaining to him that I did not come with the previous gentleman he proceeded to be extremely rude to me and told me to leave with no reason behind it and proceeded to call the police and tell them that that I had threatened him With physical violence and that I was intoxicated ,which was 100% false. This was around the 12 to 12:30 PM time. Then after I will call the store to ask him for his name so I can report him to the owner of Valero But he refuse to give me any information. He treated me in a manner that nobody should be treated especially if they didn’t do anything wrong. I believe this man has mental issues that he needs to address because treating customers the way he did to me tonight is something that is not normal and plus making a false police report is also Against the law!

Eric makes this place a 2. I actively won't bother going in if he is working. He rude to everyone and especially women. They have other good employees but Eric seems to intentionally be abrasive, hostile and even slow when checking out. He even had the audacity when I asked a question and he ignored me so I asked again and he said, "what are you going to do, call my boss and complain again." I never complained. With that said, who says that or does that and if others are complaining too, why is he still there?? He is a liability in the making and I hope they catch on because you all have lost at least 3 customers and that's just what I know.. All the other staff I have engaged with seemed great and normal but, this one guy Eric, he seems a bit unhinged and just disrespectful across the board. Especially towards women. Good luck.
