It’s 12:33 10/12/2021 at night and there is a sleepy, disgruntled employee who is giving me attitude for no reason. I was told to wait 5min so I can get my item & waited patiently. I went to open the door and it was still locked so I knocked on the door in short intervals for about 20 sec until the female employee comes to the door sluggishly & upset. If people cannot maintain professionalism at night maybe this woman needs to be replaced or retrained.
