Diesel pump extraordinarily slow. Cut off & went someplace else. Music/ads from pump speaker was so loud it was irritating. Will look for stations that dont have this. Went inside to buy a sandwich & inform clerk about pump slowness and at least one customer hates the pump speaker but line was about 10 people long, so gave up on that also.

Miserable people work on this place. Got loudly hung up on twice which isn't pleasant for the ears. Walk into store and get yelled at again over the counter by this MISERABLE manager who proceeds to slam the receipt down on table as she leaned in..scared shit out of me with all this rage people have. She was 3 times my size so I couldn't help but flinch and walk out and feel need to rant about incident. Poor reflection on store that's in such a nice location. People these days forget customer service and communication skills. There is such thing as tone and body language.

Bottled Cokes were advertised as 2/$4.50 on the glass door of the refrigerator case. When the drinks rang up full price, the cashier verified the sale ended the previous day. They declined to honor the advertised price.

Went in on Christmas eve to redeem some winning scratch off tickets but there was a mix up in scanning the tickets and couldn't complete my transaction. Stopped in later that day to try again only to be told I needed to speak to the manager on Monday. Krissy, the manager, was super helpful in resolving the issue and was able to collect my winnings.

I went on Christmas morning and it was not busy. There were 2 workers, one was leaning against the counter playing on his phone and didn't even notice I was standing there ready to pay. The trash cans outside were overflowing and needed to be emptied. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting unflushed toilets, dirty seats, toilet paper littered the floor but there was none available in the stalls, and it smelled like urine. When I told the woman working there that there was no T.P., she seemed annoyed.The car wash sucks. It also costs $2 MORE if you purchase it at the pump than it does if you buy it in the carwash line! Don't waste your time or money with the car wash - there's a better one just down the road. Actually don't bother going to this place at all unless you absolutely have to. HEB is not far and has cheaper gas.

We are huge customers at this store, but I had a terrible experience. The teller (manager, Diana) was so rude when we asked for an item. She made several sarcastic remarks and was not helpful or polite at all! Another employee overheard her drilling us about the item and stepped in to help us. I know the store owner would not like seeing how she treats the customers. We went in the store in a great mood, but we left really down, upset, and angry because we only asked her if a simple question.

Third weekend in a row. Signs says they open at 7am on Sunday. It is 8:30 am and no sign of life inside. Guess I'll go to a competitor. It appears there are employee cars parked here

CHECK YOUR PRICES.This location doesn't update their prices. The staff is nice and those who know how to make things right will, but there has rarely been a time when the specials on drinks advertised on the signs outside the store, or on the cases inside, is correct. The story is always "It's not in the system."The first couple times, it seemed accidental but I go by the store often enough now to start thinking it's just how it is.
