This guy was totally rude with an ugly expression when I came there to pick up my order from online. I am Dad of UTSA student who's going to graduate, to pick up a T-shirt "UTSA DAD". I even told him thank you and he just ignore me in an ugly way. I intended to tell him to "be happy and live longer" but rather not.

Wide variety of book collection, staff is really helpful. I would suggest, go through their online resource and find out the availability of books.

This is the most incompetent Bookstore I've came across. School year 2017-18, a few ladies were operating the store and would argue non-stop on the occasions I step foot in the store. I tried selling my books back after the semester was over and they refused my buy back claiming I didn't purchase them there. The content is the same regardless of where I purchased it, after 30 minutes of waiting I walked away. sitting in the cafeteria one of the sales associates came back and said they can buy my books back it was operator error, I was still frustrated I declined. I went today after checking inventory online for "popular justice by Samuel Walker" I was excited it was in stock paperback, hard copy buy and rental. I drive across town get to the bookstore (male employees now) and they have a sign OUT OF STOCK. Someone obviously needs to learn how to do inventory and update the website. Since the incident of school year 17-18 I've done all my ordering through Amazon and Chegg.

Tailgate was horrible. They only had 5 port-o-potties. Their football team wasn't really fun to watch either.

This is a review of the shuttle bus system used for the volunteers and participants during the Texas Folklife Festival. It worked so well. You park in lot D3 at the downtown campus of UTSA. Get on one of the many air-conditioned shuttle vans; there are several in use so the wait either way is minimal. You are dropped just about at the gate. So nice and convenient. All you need is the parking pass which you place on your dash and a volunteer wristband. I've received this parking pass for years and this is the first time we've tried it. Damn.

Great library. Horrible food. The location with a jail on one side and a mental health facility all punctuated with bail bonds stores is a little sketchy. But this is still a major university and the new president seems to be intent on making the downtown campus vital, livable and dynamic. Certainly the college of architecture needs a major overhaul of its building.

The University of Texas at San Antonio is synonymous with the large, sprawling Main Campus, but I would argue that Downtown UTSA is superior in many ways. It's located in the heart of San Antonio, features gorgeous, inviting architecture, and is small enough to foster a sense of community. Many of the older buildings at the Main Campus are cold and brutalistic, a stark contrast to the three gorgeous, warm, inviting buildings at the Downtown Campus. I never had an opportunity to attend classes Downtown, but I would have relished the opportunity to study at one of the many bright, comfortable break nooks located on every floor of the Buena Vista, Frio, and Durango buildings. The staff I've met at the library and computer labs seem to genuinely enjoy working there, a sentiment shared among students and visitors. I make an effort to visit the library whenever I'm near Market Square. The Downtown Campus is currently home to only two colleges (Architecture and Public Policy), but I've read that President Eighmy plans to add several more programs in the near future. Downtown San Antonio has seen many revitalization efforts in recent years, so it's fitting that the city's most important university would follow suit. Downtown UTSA has been open for twenty years now. Here's to twenty more!

The campus is nice & it's easy to navigate because of how small it is. Since I have night classes I don't have to fight for parking, but I wish the lots had a bit more lighting. Sometimes walking to my vehicle at 9/10pm it's hard to see, especially since you have to cross the busy streets to get to the parking lots. Other than the parking lot Issue the landscaping & look of the school is well maintained. I really like the hanging decorative piece called the "Lure" that is located in the Durango building.

Very, very small bookstore. Doesn't have a lot of options for things outside of textbooks for downtown students, but it has the bare necessities. The size of the store make sense since there aren't many downtown students, but could use a little more options. The store moved to inside the Frio Street building across from the Starbucks in Spring 2017.
