Mr. Phillip Garcia just hooked me up with an address change and a new key routing slip. He was awesome. Took the time to explain it all, welcomed us to the city, and really helped us to understand what to expect next. Best customer service I've had in a while! Thank you sir.

I went to this post office for a passport appointment for 3 different passports. The clerk was polite, patient, and professional. Within 10 minutes, we were done. It was the best passport experience I have had. I recommend!

The lady Quinta that was hired recently needs to be trained in customer service skills. Every time I go to the post office she is rude to the customers. I was in line while she was being rude to an elderly man who was hard of hearing, to a lady needing to change an address and to another lady who was there for a passport appointment. She is rude and rushing everyone in line. She needs to work on her attitude, tone and improve her customer service skills. Very disappointed that nothing has been done about her attitude.

came in for a passport appointment and this was the best experience I’ve had in a post office ever. Quintia was helpful and very patient. The vibes in the office from all the workers were great. Friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and they were all smiles. 100/10 experience

I was in line as I heard the clerk tell the customer he was helping “ your package will arrive at your “crib”. The customer replied confused and stated where so live or where and the clerk continued with “yes at crib like where you live” Very unprofessional! We all have some hood in us but during work hours especially as a Federal Employee, professional language should be used.

This post office is ridiculous. Very annoyed. I have my mail on hold due to recently moving in the location this post office serves and needing a mail key. Being able to obtain my packages has been almost impossible. I’ve had 3 packages delivered to my address and had a heck of a time being able to get them each time. I don’t understand why the package is being taken from the post office by the mail carrier to my mailbox if my mail is on hold. But 3 times this has happened and I go to retrieve it at the post office doesn’t have my package. The mail carrier had the first 2 and still to be determined where the other package is. It says delivered on my tracking information. The mail box personal wouldn’t let my husband gather and bring home any mail of mine. We had to show the post office already twice that we have both our names on the lease. And the third time going there they told him that he wasn’t allowed to get ahold of my mail. The people working here act like they have no clue, and will give any excuse not to do their jobs.

I had a passport appointment earlier today. I talked with the clerk, whose name I recall as Quinta or a similar variation. Unfortunately, the interaction was marred by her discourteous demeanor and apparent disinterest in assisting me. It was evident that she was not enthusiastic about fulfilling her job responsibilities.
To my surprise, Quinta insisted on finding some deficiency with my paperwork to reschedule me, asking for three copies of my identification, which seemed excessive. Despite her efforts to scrutinize my paperwork meticulously, she failed to identify any deficiencies. Nonetheless, rather than promptly proceeding with the process, she abruptly informed me to wait for an additional 20 minutes and took a break herself. There was almost no one in the line. This was unprofessional behavior with such poor customer service.
I was glad the other clerk, Dwayne, took care of my papers. He was the exact opposite, very professional and helpful.
