4-5 time already missing packages saying delivered to my mailbox and didn’t receive. Can the mail man even read! If everyone else are having these same issues shouldn’t they talk to the mail courier giving him or her a warning, and if this same problem occurs then you need to go! Obviously you are not good at your job. This is very upsetting and something should be done! You order something expecting it to be delivered and when it’s not it pisses you off! Someone should be fired!

Edit: One time. Fine. Two times. Fine. Three times. Y’all are LAZY. How you going to keep telling me you attempted to deliver my package when nobody did?? THREE times now. My packages are always late if they come from y’all! So annoyed. The door is always locked. Y’all don’t answer the phones. What the hell y’all getting paid for? Absolutely horrible place. Never had so many issues till I moved to your location!
Horrible customer service. Horrible communication! Been fighting with them for months on getting my mail!

Do not go here. This is not a regular post office. All you can do is drop things off and they can’t even give a receipt. 0 stars

Wouldn't even call this a real post office. Says delivery Annex only, and the door is locked so you have to push the bell for service, but they never actually answer the door. And the dropbox out front can't even fit anything thicker than 1/4"

The address is on there and you guys rip it open to try to figure out what it is and I can tell you guys ripped it open because the seal is ripped.And you returned it to me so that tells me that someone in the mail opened it because obviously it did not make it to the intended person and it got sent straight back to me. How about you explain that!!

This office is always courteous and professional.This office is a carrier Annex it is not not a retail outlet you cannot buy postage at this location.

This location does not have a customer service window. I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. Just remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Worst service EvER! The last in the front when you buzz the bell had such a bad attitude, everytime I go there. I'm pretty sure she doesn't even check to see if there's mail/packages for my address. The first time I came I asked how to put a hold on my mail and she told me " We don't hold mail here(with a head bob)" . "My mailboxes were broken into and I hadn't received anything for 3 weeks where's my mail?! She TOLD ME THEY GET RETURN TO SENDER..SERIOUSLY RUDE. MY MAIL CARRIER AT HOME CONFIRMED YES, THEY WILL HOLD THE MAIL-REQUEST ONLINE..SO AGAIN, I WANT TO KNOW WHERE 2+WEEKS OF MAIL, CCARDS TOO, ARE? I'M MISSING A LOT OF MAIL AND PACKAGES. I'VE EMAILED WITH NO REPLY!

If I could leave negative reviews I would. This place is useless, I've been trying to call to get a hold of someone but they never answer. The one time I went in person they took forever to answer the door. They said they'd call me when my mail keys for my new place were ready to pickup but it's been nothing but silence on their end. My mail is piling up and I'm expecting important documents soon. Very frustrating.

My issue mostly lies with the the person who delievers the mail for this location. Always claiming to "attempt delivery" when there are no signs of a delievery having ever been attempted at all. Clearly based on these other reviews, this location has major problems that need to be addressed.
