I went in today and was pleasantly surprised by the care Frank took to help me, he went above & beyond with customer service as well as the mailman that helped get me my package. I’m so grateful to y’all!!

This place gave my package to someone else. I could not get any answers after going in person. Was told I would be contacted 2 days ago and I’m still waiting. Up to this day I still don’t know if someone is impersonating me, or they’re are just very incompetent. I try to avoid using the USPS at all costs for this exact reason.

I’ve been here many times, always a positive experience. However, today was exceptional. Johnny, was very professional and helpful. I came in to send an application for renewal of passport and wasn’t sure of how to do it correctly. He guided us through some steps of which he was allowed to and I knew my package was in good hands. So grateful! The workers there unfortunately deal with a lot of customers who can be quite unpleasant from what I’ve witnessed. Thank you for the help and we appreciate you!

Asked for assistance from some guy who had headphones in. Told me to wait for the manager to come to help me out and left me waiting for an hour. I thought he was getting a manager when he went to the back but he ended up going on his lunch.. avoid the guy with headphones in or go somewhere else.

It’s a post office. Efficiency is never gonna be their thing. This station has gotten a lot better over the years though! I was able to drop off my request for a new key for our new house in less than fifteen minutes. The person running the mail door and the people at the retail counters were all incredibly friendly and helpful to not just myself, but all others who came in for help! They were remarkably efficient for a Post Office.

Zero stars. Had appt. Scheduled for family of 4 passports services. Told when we showed up the passport person "called in." Asked if we wanted to speak with supervisor so waited around for 20 minutes. Nobody ever showed up. I was told the supervisor was MANNY GREEKO or RICO. HE is a COWARD for never walking up to speak with me. This place sucks for passport services

Waited a week for an appointed only to see 1 person on the counter who told us that the "passport guy" called in sick, and didn't even offer to assist, said she didn't have access to money orders, or offered to tell us which place we could go to. I see my tax dollars are hard at work with this completely useless facility.

Carrier needs to do their job.
Just deliver my package it’s what you get paid for. Leaving a note for no secure location is lazy when i’m literally home.

Don't go on a Saturday. They have the slowest service & will have you waiting 30 mins just to pick up your mail.

Frank and Johnny are just the nicest and most helpful people I have EVER encounter at a post office, like.. What? These guys, specially Frank need a raise. Or the USPS needs to clone Frank and get more of him to work at their locations. I have never had such a nice experience. I hated going to the post office before today. If you’re looking for a location with fast POLITE genuine and helpful guys, this is it!!!!

ALERT PASSPORT: Terrible experience. According to the usps website they take WALK IN PASSPORT appointments on Saturdays.
FYI they don't. So don't wait, and expect to get your passport. We walked in, and right away we don't do passport services.
If they don't, they should place a sign saying that they DONT TAKE WALK INS FOR PASSPORT ON Saturdays.
