  I went in today and was pleasantly surprised by the care Frank took to help me, he went above & beyond with customer service as well as the mailman that helped get me my package. I’m so grateful to y’all!!

  This place gave my package to someone else. I could not get any answers after going in person. Was told I would be contacted 2 days ago and I’m still waiting. Up to this day I still don’t know if someone is impersonating me, or they’re are just very incompetent. I try to avoid using the USPS at all costs for this... read full comment

  Asked for assistance from some guy who had headphones in. Told me to wait for the manager to come to help me out and left me waiting for an hour. I thought he was getting a manager when he went to the back but he ended up going on his lunch.. avoid the guy with headphones in or go somewhere else.
