This location has the most unprofessional and rude customer service reps. Especially the lady at the front who is super arrogant and walked away when my mom was asking her for more clarification.

Despite what the website, print on the door, and google maps says, the lobby is NOT open 24/7… very misleading and a waste of time.
The self service kiosk drop off, NEVER has the parcel drop unlocked, forcing you to go to the counter, basically nullifying the entire point of a self service kiosk….
Employees here are slow slow, definitely do not come here if you’re ever in a rush.

Trash. They were not able to staple or tape both of my envelope bags. Lady was rude too. No wonder UPS blows USPS out of the water. Def not coming back to this location or to any USPS at all, now i know why these reviews are negative.

This is to corporate the lady in the front with the glasses is definitely not fit for the job. She said that me being on the phone asking my sister for the correct address was distracting her from working. She may need a little focus there were three people before me and she was rude to all three of them I was scared to go to the counter please help her move on

A line full of customer. ONE staff at the front taking care of one customer taking over 30 min while the rest in the back laughing and heehaw-ing (yes we can hear you laughing in the back). These people take their time and have no since of pride in their work! the U.S should get rid of USPS, these folks are all leachers of goverment money.

Expect better experience at a fast food place. Except for the lady who opened the door at 8 AM I have nothing positive to say about those working at the register this morning. If Christ was to visit a post office he would walk around this office , it is not the type of experience I’ve had at other post offices; for example: while visiting a post office on the south side near Somerset Road months ago, we had an appointment and the clerk offered to attend me and another family without an appointment at the same time. You see clearly some things are discretionary, that is to say to the individual’s discretion and willingness to go the extra mile not for the customer only but for the team.
To the contrary, this Male Clerk at Med Center office had no idea I speak Spanish and heard him talking to a Hispanic lady about my class of people. Nicely said quietly ( igualmente ) then the whispering between them about my kind of people stopped. They ran out of languages to speak/ code what they say about people like me.
Some employees at this office with their behavior reflect managements views is the impression I gathered after talking with a manager/ supervisor in charge this morning, you understand why employees behave that way. He is the enabler.
At any rate, good people at this office and other people that feed their ego and collect a check plus give an office a bad name- those don’t care.
I must say thanks to those who come to work understanding customers come to this office because we need help. My single star means a -5, I saw similar complaints and had to document my experience. Perhaps some one who has the ability to change these type of behaviors will act. A clerk at a UPS or FedEx store would not be allowed to do this over and over again.

In this office they lost all my original paperwork for my kids passports.
Don't go here, it's the worst place to do any paperwork or shipment, employee's they are always in a bad mood and They serve you in the nasty and worst way that they can serve you anywhere.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR PASSPORT. They do not make copies of anything and they send you to FedEx and then when you come back they will say you missed your appointment and you need to reschedule. Really not helpful at all. They kept sending people to FedEx to make copies. Worst place I have been when it comes to no sympathy or anything and plus they give you that stare like “we are a post office we do not make copies” face. The two guys working there would make “smarty” remarks instead of being helpful, very rude. I would never recommend this location or ever come here ever again.

Black man was very rude to me thinking it wasnt me on my id like sir are you kidding me wouldnt accept my address change because i havent changed my address on id as i just moved in on May 2nd, very ignorant and disrespectful.
