Worst post office ever. Your items sit days sometimes overnight before it gets delivered in a fair reasonable amount of time. They will update their systems to mis match true deliver receipt at their location. I truly don't understand the purpose of these actions. It's almost like everyone in this area should skip the post office and move to guaranteed delivery services through nother reliable sources.

I SPENT 5 1/2 HOURS STRAIGHT TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!! I am STILL trying to get someone on the phone and I'm calling on behalf of my office!!! THIS IS AFFECTING OUR BUSINESS. If I wasn't located 2 hours away I would be driving over there and giving you an ear full!!! GET MORE PEOPLE ANSWERING PHONES

Guy with vitiligo was very rude! I told him I was a walking in and he just kept helping people with pkgs until his next appt.
Tried saying he does appt 1st and only
Then tried to tell me to come back between 3-4pm.
Was very unprofessional, very rude, please retrain your employee

Excellent customer service from isa el and hectares, they provide a wonderful service. I really like going to this postal service because of the great service.

My postal carrier lost my mail and I did not get my just issued driver's license.
Went there and all they said was sorry
Like "sorry" is going to bring my driver's license
Now who knows wo have my DL and what they can do with it.
Usps does not take responsibility for not doing their job properly
Very frustrating

Horrible and rude customer service. One older gentleman was friendly and decent but I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff.

I was leasing my house for three past 12 years. After moving back in to the house recently, previous tenant misplaced the mailbox key and I went to the post office to ask how to get replacement. It took numerous trips and weeks of attempts to get a replacement key.

Location returned all of my eBay standard envelope shipments even though the package and weight requirements were met. Please train the staff better.

This postal office workers are stealing packages! When you file a claim they close it as resolved and your package never makes it to you!!

Incompetent employees… wanted to send a same size package I’ve already sent two months ago and they declined to send it saying it’s too big went to another usps and they said it’s fine and sent it with no problem whatsoever.. ?

I've noticed that this PO has a lot of negative reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize an employee that was really helpful. Carrie (sp?) listened to my concerns about not being able to obtain my mailbox keys. Later that day, I found them under my door mat. Thank you for your assistance and please keep providing such good customer service!
