Aways slow and under staffed for a Main post office

Perrin central post office customer service is very poor. There is no posted hours for passport. Last month my wife and I got our passports at the same place in the afternoon. Today we came back for our daughter and was told that they don't do them in the afternoon and have never done them in the afternoon which is not true. It seems as if the employees are just being lazy. There was only one person behind us and two tellers. No sign or posting of passport hours anywhere. This is totally unsatisfactory. I will never use this post office for anything.

I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.

Attention to General Managers, one of your employees at Expedite receiving docks his name is Brandon Flores is under influence of drugs at job site. He was absolutely waisted while unloading the trailer, saw him smoking weed on the corner of receiving docks.
That’s insane how he talks to drivers.

Very unfriendly woman at the front desk told us we could not do walk in passport services because we arrived after 10am mind you it says walk in service are until 1pm Monday-Friday at their location and all other post office locations it says the same thing and that this one is the only location that does walk ins on week days. The woman said it could change at any time which seems like it’s just changing for her convenience also as she was telling us this as the people next to us were being helped with their passport application. In addition to this people were waiting for walk in passport appointments. It seems every other employee was willing to help their costumers maybe the particular lady just didn’t like us.

We worked with a very kind and respectful staff. He took the time to explain differences between minor and adult renewals and calmly shared we couldn't be seen that day. Good customer service makes a huge difference. Overall very chill people.

My daughter went to get her passport and was told to make an appointment ,when we were told by another location to go straight to this office to get passport without an appointment needed. Not going there Again ... God bless you mam .For being so helpful and rude.

Went in on a Saturday morning for passport arrived at 745am they stop taking people at 8 am I did not get out til 145 pm it was very unorganized & terrible
