Not surprised by the low ratings of the location. As mentioned by other's multiple times, the lady who answers the desk/door is rude. I called started that my key wasn't working around 9am. I gave her my address and she said to come up and get a key, indicating that they had changed the locks. At 11:30 I arrived to get the key. The same woman who answered the phone was at the counter. There was a woman infront of me and the counter lady kept telling her that she didn't have proper identification. But even thought she didn't have proper ID, the counter lady continued to look thru a container full of about 100 letters and even giving her some of the mail. My turn at the counter, she immediately askes for identification. I pull out my DL and she replies "your address has to be on it'. I say "its a drivers license". She looks at it and tells me that they didn't change the locks and doesn't have a key for me. Mind you, I called first. Which was really hard because they never answere the phone. She proceeds to tell me that if my key doesn't work then they can change it but it would take 3-4 months. None of this may sound rude typing but her tone, body language and attitude were ugly. And how is that a white female walks in to get a key with proper ID and is treated nasty, while a hispanic woman can walk in without ID and you look through 100 pieces of mail and even hand her some of it. One of which was a small package. Yes, I'm throwing out the race card. Everyone else does it...

Worst post office ever! My Package was returned stating that the address was incorrect, but I double checked and the shipping address is in fact correct! The day it was supposed to be delivered I had my medication being delivered as well. I had to run after the postman to get my $700 medication or he would have returned that as well

Not a real post office they can't give you a receipt for your package. Why they still call themselves a post office I have no idea. Be careful there are multiple faux "post offices". Don't just look on Google maps if you haven't been to that "post office" call them first to make sure they can actually do what a real post office is supposed to do.

This post office has no services offered. They can not mail your packages. Go to a post office that has more than one person working and has post office services available.

Carrier constantly delivers packages late. Despite tracking stating it's "out for delivery." It doesn't arrive. He will even scan a package to state delivery, but it wasn't delivered. And, now, a package that was out for delivery today is being "returned to sender" due to "insufficient address". Sender confirmed the correct address on the label and the package showed on my Informed Delivery. How could the address be incorrect but scanned correctly to show on my Informed Delivery? Makes absolute NO sense. Sheer stupidity.

Rude personnel. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the Jones Maltsberger location, better service and personnel.

The supervisor,a lady who's name I didn't get, is no help! Mail is lost and they have no idea what their job positions are! The supervisor was arguing with everyone in there! Instead of helping she argues!! This is the worse post office ever!! I've never had issues in any other post office!!

Great customer service from Kathy. I appreciate her assisting in resolving our mail issue.

Araceli at the front office has an awful attitude. She will change her tone to be condescending but that’s the best she can do. Stand your ground with that miserable woman, she’s not worth your time. She’s the face of that office’s customer service so try not to get your things delivered there. If she’s bad at service, so is the office.

My mailbox has been broken since December 2022..ive called..emailed..and gone in person to ask for repairs and nothing has happened..ive asked for my mail to be forwarded to my po box and the mail carrier has still left my mail and packages (stolen now) in a wide open box..i will be contacting the main usps to file a formal complaint about these issues because there is no reason for thrm to leave my mail in a wide open box and it should if been fixed after 10 months now!! I have sumbmitted 3 change of address forms and i have no idea where my home address mail is going now!

I submitted 1 change address card in August and it’s now October and my mail is still not coming to my new address, I have been to this location 3 times and the problem still exists and they said I put in 4 change address…. Why would I do that… they are very unprofessional and don’t have any customer service skills and they treat customers horribly I don’t know what to do at this point. I have never had problems getting my mail, they are treating me like I’m a criminal.

They never answer the phone. My ordered checks were found in the street not even by our mailbox. Thankfully someone picked them up and took them to the bank. They put stop payments on checks ordered and had to reorder. I have had horrible service (rude person) at this location when I have had to go in and sign for a delivery.

This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.
