They closed their doors 5 mins or more before closing time. Drove 20 mins and made it before 5 to come to closed doors and their workers didnt bother openning the door.

This is absolutely the worst post office with the worst mail service and definitely the worst mailmen. I lived in different states from Washington State to Massachusetts and in between. I've been here 3 months and still didn't receive anything, none of my mail. I even went there and mailed myself a letter and did the same from two other states last month. I never received them! I can't wait to finish my assignment here and get the hell out of San Antonio.

Completely useless employees. They can't help and offer options on a package that has been sitting there for more than 5 days. Little to no effort to provide a great customer experience.

This post office is horrible! Bad customer service , incompetent, no one wants to help you. Quick to rush you away . Been waiting for keys to house for two months. Needs a complete revamp of employees and supervisors

I don't know why I keep receiving the mails daily even thought I put hold on it until get back to town, they don't even answer the phone to fix that issue.

Went in to get my passport done. It says online that it stops at 9:30 but the guy came out at 9:15 and said he wouldn't do anymore. Either get better employees or change your hours. It's ridiculous!

When I had to pick up my mailbox key, it took a week to find it (misplaced). Most front desk employees are rude. I also came here for passport help on a Saturday with all my documents, just needing to sign it. I was told they were too busy and to go to another location.

The customer service here is above many of the other locations around this area, especially the location off De Zavala.
