Lobby hours according to the USPS website as well as all the signage are Mon-Fri 0830-1700. It is currently 1503 and there is not a soul working in this office. Is this a joke? The least you could do is update the hours online so people don't waste their time coming here.

Always no matter what time of day there’s only one person working there. Don’t expect to be in and out quickly.

The sign and website says you open at 8:30 AM however it is 853 and it’s still not open please fix time on the website and sign so people can plan their day accordingly .

We moved into a house on base and were told we could get a mailbox key from the post office. I went down right away and was told the man who makes the keys was out for surgery and to come back in a couple days. Ok. I went back a total of 4 times in 2 weeks before I was finally given a key. Each time i was told the same thing. My question is, how is there only 1 person who can make the keys? That makes no sense for a base the size of FSH. This issue definitely needs to be rectified!

I got the regular size po box and whenever I've order something that could fit in there....it's some how not In there. The clerk always has to to go pull it out of back which is very annoying.

Every single time I come in here to drop off a box it takes minimum 15 minutes. Lamar is the slowest employee at a USPS I've ever seen. This wouldn't be acceptable anywhere else except on a military installation. The 15 minutes is unacceptable when there is only one person in front of me and I have a prepaid package labeled. Completely unacceptable don't hire people who can't work quickly. A military installation isn't a dumping ground for employees who can't make it else where.

Slowest service ever! Why is there only one rep at the counter and he's extremely slow?! Can't you afford another clerk? We stop in here hoping to get in and out during lunch or other times and hurry back to work. Well you need to take leave before you go.
