About as bad as you can get for customer service and function. Unfriendly staff overall, not helpful.
They won't even print a prepaid USPS label for you.
Update: I came back with a label and they won't lend tape to apply the label and mail it out.
You have to pay 1.79 for tape strips on the wall.
I'll drive further next time to go to a different branch entirely.

Post offices get too much slack about customer service. Guys, this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's a post office. Chill.
Overall, clean and well stocked. Gentleman working the front desk was very friendly!
Tip, bring your own tape, I've been shipping through USPS for over a decade, they've never offered tape and never will, they don't need to. Go to Walmart and buy a $0.50 tape.

I just got this box and I'm also very upset. I have never known of the 54 years of my life. That a Post Office is closed after hours. What is the point of having APO box when people work odd hours? That is very inconvenient when you buy the box. That should at least be shared with, so we could see and find other options. So now I have to wait 46 months because i'm not gonna spend ninety thousand dollars for nothing

Regarding the staff inside the post office at the windows: All of my interactions with them over the last two years have been efficient and friendly. They also seem to monitor the line and try to speed things up.

I was told by the letter carrier that they don't have to stop at our business if they don't have mail. What about out going mail, but are not letters. They are time sensitive that are in boxes going to FEDERAL PROBATION. I've put the small boxes in their tub and yet they can stay there for weeks. Then I hear they want a raise for work that has been trimmed for them. Postal service was one thing you could depend on, not anymore.

I only lived in this zip code for two years.Six days a week, I received someone else's mail. I would write either 'Return to sender' or 'Does not live here anymore'.I kept receiving letters for different people. I then went to the Post Office and showed them the pile of letters. I went 13 times with the same issue. Nothing changed.So, I wrote a note for the mailman, saying nicely to that list of people who do not live here and to please take the letters. The mailman didn't take any of the letters. They piled up and he started to squash the letters together.I went back again to the post office and gave them another pile of letters. I showed them a picture of the pile of letters. No one that I spoke to seemed to care.I got tired of driving once a week to give them a pile of someone else's mail.So, I wrote another sign for the mailman to take the letters. He took them but gave me more of other people's mail.This happened close to 300 times. There is no exaggeration in that number.I never experienced anything this crazy from another post office before nor after those negative experiences.

Nice facility. Clean and orderly. Went on Friday 2pm, short line and quick service. When there were several people inline, the manager checked and got another person open another window/counter.

What is the point of having a self-service kiosk in the lobby, if the lobby is only open during business hours? Also, people with P. O. boxes are also terribly inconvenienced by this ridiculous locked lobby policy.The postal workers do a fine job. The only reason I'm giving a low score is due to the RIDICULOUS locked lobby policy. It needs to be open until at least 10pm, seven days a week. Open at 6am.

Needed to mail two packages and purchase some stamps. Fast, attentive, and friendly, so I’m coming back to this office. Even just after lunch, there was no line.
