This post office is terrible. I don’t expect much. You could at least do your job. It’s the only reason you were hired after all of this. Don’t expect much from them. They are all lazy and project this incompetent attitude as if you are dumb and are there for any other reason. Literally, they will try to make it about anything other than doing their job. Be ready. They suck and I will never work for the post office now. I feel so bad for people but these people asked for this position and they are lazy and incompetent. Not me.

So the people from this office decided to call me Thursday at 6:51 p.m. to cancel my appointment for my passport that was scheduled for tomorrow, Friday at noon, since TWO WEEKS ago, because there was no slots earlier than that. They only said that they are "canceling the appointments for the rest of the week"... What week? There is only one day! I'm so upset! Because I am traveling in EIGHT WEEKS! I cannot miss a day for this! THE REVIEWS GAVE ME A HEADS UP THAT'S THIS COULD HAPPEN, AND IT WASN'T A LIE. ?? Zero stars if I could! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

No priority small boxes, out every-time i go. They wont order them or know when they’ll get them in. Told me to call main customer service or go to website and have them delivered to me. I call the number ask them if they can send small priority boxes to usps arsenal location too. Customer service hung up on me. WTH is going on.

Bad service really I ordered a package and they never left it at my home??♀️ They say they don't know what happened and that maybe they left it at another address!! And now what do I do, I don't even pay for that package!! You should be more careful when delivering things and pay attention to the addresses ??♀️??♀️

I never got the help that I needed, I could never talk to a live person to get the information that I needed, almost an hour of my life wasted with no positive outcome! My time is money so I think it's time for them to reimburse me! ????

Terrible. Showed up for my passport appointment I scheduled one week earlier, just to see a scrappy piece of paper written on the entrance door saying that all passport appointments have been canceled for the day. I received no notification of this, nor any option to reschedule. Inconvenience at its finest. Total disregard for the public.

Worst post office in town. Of my 7 visits over the past year, I have only had one kind and friendly reception and experience. Typically I’m met with rude unfriendly service. My recommendation, use any other post office.

They make getting a passport quick and fast! No need to buy money order or use a check if you use a debit card! They have made it extremely easy and simple! Thank you!
