The women who took over from the gentleman who just retired in this post office needs to be replaced. She’s been closing at 2, I walk over with packages to ship at 3:30, 4 and she’s been closed. This has happened 4 times in 3 weeks. Get rid of her, I own two stores downtown and have to close them just to ship. This is a compete waist of time

I was there today for my passport application and I strongly advise against their exorbitant photo services. You're better off going to CVS or Walgreen but don't pay for a photo service at USPS, because USPS doesn't have a professional for that.

Went to renew my passport, great service! Very helpful and friendly.Very nice post office, feels like the 30s. Great mural!Have an appointment and/or you've got to go early!

The security officers were very helpful and calm. It’s worth coming just to look at the building. The cleanest bathroom ever in this country.

Entry on the front of the building. (Yes, you get to experience history when buying stamps !) Beautiful, classical structure. You pass through a metal detector before entering.Post office has normal mailing services & passport forms, PO Boxes, etc.Kind & helpful staff.

The Central Post Office. Once the lynchpin of that system seems to have a reduced roll these days. All the major cities in Texas have interesting and or beautiful inner city Post Office Buildings from another era.San Antonio has a good one. Thank goodness because I needed to mail some correspondence before leaving town. Thankfully,I looked up and there it was across the street.It's worth checking out just for the architecture.
