Far how UO has fallen. Had to trek to the third floor for anything relatively interesting, like little cute things, actual men's department, and $40 concert shirts. Outside of the first floor of overpriced womens clothes, with a mid floor stop for $60 hoodies. "Last Chance" doesn't mean clearance. It means get it full priced because we aren't ordering it anymore, kind of like their direction.

Second time I place an order with this company and it does not get delivered. Or delivered to wrong address. Can say there will be a 3rd x.

Disappointed in the trick and trap of the discount for signing up for emails and texts. There were some name brands not allowed for the discount, but I did not buy one of those brands and the discount could still not be applied.

The staff is very nice, respectful, and proficient in their jobs. The store looks great, in my opinion, and it's very clean. I'd definitely come back to this store.

As far as urban outfitters goes, the prices are what you'd expect. The service however, was really something else. Nice, helpful folks and Felix really put the cherry on top when we were checking out. Helpful, personable, and overall made my day!

Three story urban outfitters at lacantera mall right across from Barnes and Nobles. Womens clothing is on the first and second floor. The mens clothing, sale items and miscellaneous stuff is on the third floor. There is an elevator if you have a stroller or are handicapped.
