This place charges $4.00 to print something. FOUR DOLLARS! It’s $.20 at Office Depot. Even worse than the cost is this sign. All these things already exist and are already being used and paid for regardless of whether people are printing things or not. I think someone thought the sign was a good justification for the cost but it just makes the situation more ridiculous. Definitely won’t be printing or shipping anything here again.

UPS Store 3810 has been consistent and professional over the past 7 years. They are staffed by a team that gives you complete answers and can guide you when you have an unusual situation. Reliable !

Cassie, the 3810 manager, was extremely helpful. She worked with a printing project that required precise enlargement and colors. I asked her why her store's colors were so much more vibrant than the prior UPS store that worked on my project, and she said that perhaps the reason was that her store does a weekly color calibration. Cassie also has a positive, upbeat personality. My order was completed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed!

This lady just provided me with the worst possible service ever. She was so rude to me and everything I said she responded with an attitude. She made me wait 10 minutes for my email to “go through” but I looked at the computer after 30 seconds and my email had already gone through. Not only did she lie to me but she did it with an attitude. Even her co workers looked appalled from the way she was treating me. No wonder the only job this lady can get is working at a UPS store..

I have come to this location for years. They have so many different services, from using their laptops to type and print, packing packages to ship out and my latest service was a bag full of Junk mail with my name on it that needed to be SHREDDED. They also have office supplies on hand for purchase, even cute greeting cards to read/purchase while you wait. Plenty of room to work comfortably.Quick service, I have NEVER had to wait longer than 10 Minutes, but hey, depends what the customers bring in that are in front of you. They always let me know the BEST option for me when I ship.Thank you to Alejandra for being so helpful and friendly, and Cassie, you treat your customers the same, it was nice being in a business with employees that truly care!

I am writing a review about this store after using them over a hundred times and then going to another location twice. I did not know how good I had it here. I run a small pc business and ship items out from time to time. When I came to this location, the wait was typically short to none, they would let me know the option that best suited my needs for each item, and I was usually out within 5-10 minutes.My last visit, they gave me complimentary bubble wrap for my item inside of a box I was shipping. This location is consistently time and cost efficient. I will be coming to this location even though it is less convenient for me.

So I received a return shipping label via email to return a package via UPS. Unfortunately, my computer was in the shop and I was unable to print it. So UPS charged me $4 to print their own return label. Highly unimpressed by their customer service, prices on the return label and packaging.
Hopefully wont have to be back.
