All staff members were very kind! Service was quick! What other reviews say about Amazon returns is NOT true! As long as you follow the directions from Amazon step by step, you’ll have NO issue! They cannot control what Amazon asks of you!

Such an amazing crew here! Susan and Renee have saved me countless of times when I was in a pinch. The print jobs are always so well done and in a timely manner. I could not recommend this location more! Consider this me screaming their praises!!

I had a bad experience with USPS over the holidays and it was my child's first Christmas away from home. From now on, it's this UPS store, and they are all about service. Susan and her manager are top notch. They always go out of their way to make sure valuables and fragile items make it directly to their destinations and for a reasonable price. Thank you!

They make it so hard to return Amazon packages even though I follow Amazon's instructions. I do not have the same issues that other UPS stores. Give your business elsewhere!

Everyone at this store goes above and beyond. I am always greeted, by name, as soon as I walk in the door. If they’re busy helping others, they still greet me right away and say they’ll be right with me. Renee, Susan and Brittany are so helpful with my printing needs, even though I have very specific needs that probably seem a bit over the top. A friend of mine goes out of her way to come to this location since they’re so helpful and friendly.

*NOTE: almost 50% of the reviews for this store are ONE STAR.* AVOID this UPS location!I have been there on two separate occasions and have been treated with CONDESCENTION and POOR customer service BOTH times. The women who proudly advertise their ownership of this store clearly have a chip on their shoulder. As a business owner myself, I can readily recognized genuine “servant hearts.” Conversely, as is the case for this store, the opposite is glaringly obvious…BEGRUDGING tolerance and RELUCTANT, “Holier than Thou” attitudes. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, then walk into this store. Otherwise, drive down Huebner to the store on Vance Jackson.

Wish I could give 0 stars this place is terrible & the manager Renee is one bitter lady on a power trip. I asked for corporate number or someone above to make a complaint. She said I could email her the complaint which is about her & she would get to the proper people. She denies returns constantly & I've seen her throw someone's package out of the store. Do better. Store 4997 in Olmos Shopping center.

This is my preferred UPS store location. It is clean, friendly, appropriately staffed, and efficient. The managers and workers offer friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service. Also, Amazon returns are a breeze here!

As many other reviews have mentioned, save yourself the time and headache and go to any other location in the area for Amazon returns. Every time, they come with a new reason why we can’t return our FREE return and make us spend money buying packaging at their store. No other store in the area has ever given us an issue. They’re always insanely rude for no reason, just a store full of Karens.
