A young man named Jorge was so patient with me taught me how to cancel the order and how to put the UPS store instead . It is the smallest things that make a difference . I left a package to be delivered to Houston, Texas. I wrote down the correct address but failed to write down the name of the store it had to be delivered to. So I asked the Owner - Raina, to please add the name of the shop it had to be delivered to. He was very accommodating and took care of my discrepancy himself. I love to see people and business owners taking charge and helping out the customers. I really appreciated his service. This UPS is always so helpful.

I went here to have a package shipped. It was at the end of a work day and I was tired and ready to get home. When I got to the counter and was assisted by Jorge, it gave me a new burst of energy. His attitude, energy and smile really made a difference. Jorge, THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME!!

I visited this UPS Store (#4458) on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 10:25 AM CST to resolve an overcharge from the previous day (Saturday, July 26, 2025). I was incorrectly charged for both packaging and shipping, despite providing prepaid return labels from Crutchfield. I should have only been billed for the packaging service.
I spoke with an employee named Kelly, who informed me that the UPS security camera footage and audio could be reviewed to determine exactly what occurred during my transaction. She acknowledged the mistake and explained that a managerâs approval was necessary to process the refund. Kelly made a copy of my receipt, attempted to contact the manager, and assured me she would follow up. Unfortunately, I never received any further update.
When I returned the following Saturday, August 2, 2025, I spoke with the same male employee who incorrectly charged me for both packaging and shipping on the previous Saturday, July 26, 2025. He acknowledged that the shipping charge was an error. However, Kelly was not there, so he called her by phone and was then told that the owner of this UPS store did not approve my refund request because the transaction was already completed. That reasoning is exactly why refunds exist â to correct completed transactions when mistakes are made.
The handling of this situation has been unprofessional, dismissive, and reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I appreciate your response, but I have to clarify that what you're saying is simply not true. I did bring the prepaid return labels from Crutchfield at the time of my original visit. If you review your security camera footage from that day, it will confirm that the labels were provided.
It's disappointing to see this being misrepresented instead of simply acknowledging the mistake. I understand that errors can happen, but it's how they're handled afterward that really matters. Hopefully, in the future, your team will take the time to check the facts before making assumptions.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at one of your UPS locations. Unfortunately, this has been the most disappointing experience I have encountered in years.
I shipped a package containing important documents to a government agency using the exact address provided in their official correspondence. I was charged $14.00 for this service. However, the package was never delivered. The online tracking system simply showed a âDELAYâ status without further updates.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the storeâwhere calls went unanswered and requests for call-backs were ignoredâI reached out to the 1-800 customer service line. A manager informed me that the package was undeliverable due to an âincorrect address.â This was not the case, as I later confirmed directly with the government agency that the address was accurate. The manager then assured me the package would be returned to my home within two days.
Instead, four days later I received a call from a store employee named Jorge, who was dismissive and rude. He insisted I would need to pick up the package myself. When I explained that a manager had promised home delivery, he challenged me to provide the managerâs name as âproofâ of my claim. He refused further assistance and stated the manager, Tony, would return my call the next day. That call never came.
When I personally visited the store, I was met with unprofessional behavior from Tony, who identified himself as the manager. He placed blame on Jorge for not relaying the message to call me back, denied me a refund on the grounds that the location was âonly a franchise,â and told me to wait until at least Monday for a resolution. His demeanor was sarcastic and dismissiveâat one point even questioning whether I âunderstood Englishâ after I repeatedly explained that the store had taken my money for a service it failed to provide. He did not offer an apology, displayed no empathy, and repeatedly insisted the address was âwrong,â contrary to the facts.
In my view, Tonyâs behavior is entirely inconsistent with the standards expected of a store manager. His lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service skills reflect poorly on UPS and leave me questioning the oversight of franchise operations.
I respectfully requested a full refund for the undelivered service and assurance that corrective action will be taken to address the conduct of this locationâs staff. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in UPS, and I sincerely hope steps are taken to restore trust.

Jorge from this UPS location was phenomenal!!! He attended me and every customer with grace and kindness! I struggled for some reason with my reasons and he not only helped me but allowed me to take all the time I needed to figure it out without an attitude or having me get back in line or come back. I felt well taken care of and although I was upset at myself for having not been prepared, I wasnât stressed because of his patience with me! Thank you Jorge. You were awesome, definitely made a difference in my day when I was ready to just come back and get it right at home lol
