Had to get a document notarized last minute. Contacted this store and they were very curious to let us know the hours. When we showed up, Jacinda help us navigate our document. It was a very long document and she was very knowledgeable and kind to help through the process. 10 out 10 experience.

My most recent experience at the UPS store was absolutely amazing! I had a package to mail internationally with several parts to it. Mohammed walked me through the complicated process.
He was extremely patient and thorough. He even helped me manage my six-year-old, who was getting a bit impatient (had stickers to entertain him!).
Highly recommend this store for their staff and customer service.

The employees at this store were very helpful and kind. Mohamed, Sydnei and Thomas were great with all of the customers that came in and very respectful. Mohamed helped me with my package and also made sure I didn't have any other questions. All three employees were joyful and pleasant to talk too. Excellent customer service.

I was helped today by a wonderful u.P.S angel named heather at the 11703 hebner road location in san antonio texas. She was able to solve all my problems where no one else was able to help me online.And I am forever grateful for her beyond the call of duty service.

DON'T USE THIS NOTARY!!!
Worst notary service i've ever had. Notaries use their seal to ensure that the person doing the signing is the actual person based on an ID check. This notary tried to use legal mumbo-jumbo to try to gain private information. They even went as far as to lie about the law to me. I went to them for the simplest form in the world and they wanted to interpret it. They're supposed to check my ID, sign that I am the one doing the signing, I pay them for their time and I leave. An hour later they were still going on about judges and their own 'power of law' and wanted to see 'the rest' of the paperwork when there wasn't any, asked more information about the transaction, wanted to know who the other signers on the paperwork were, what the paperwork was about. They gave so many excuses - for what?? They're supposed to check my ID not write a Law Journal.
Notaries are NOT lawyers and there is no reason for me to disclose personal info to them - as much as they kept wanting me to. There is no guarantee of privacy between an individual and a notary. They sign that I signed. Period. It was my mistake for sticking around to hear them out and waste my time. If they don't want to function as a notary and will use any excuse to refuse service - that's their problem.
These two guys said they're afraid of a lawsuit so they ask all the personal questions they can think of. They need to go back to training - or better yet law school so they can finally be the lawyer they pretend to be.

Not a business built around the needs of the community. Their website shows they open at 0900. So I show up around 0930 only to find it’s closed. AND their sign that reads “Proudly owned and operated by a member of your Community” doesn’t open until 1100 both Sat and Sun when others in this community are off of work and can only come by on the weekends. I’m sure if there is a reply to this post they will give some lame excuse about all the hours they’re open during the week or some nonsense. They’re are ton of other UPS Stores that are opened the hours to support the actual community. I will go to those stores from now on and will no longer take my business to this place! Good luck!
